The gentleman that waited on me was kind and courteous. He got us into a car the same size that we have been driving. He also helped a person who was having a problem out on the road. That is reassuring when you don't know a car.

TL;DR
Quick, clean, new, simple;  exactly what you want when it comes to renting a vehicle.  Very friendly and helpful staff.  

Full Review:
Very pleasant and positive rental experience.

I called in and reserved a vehicle a couple weeks in advance.  I showed up the night of my rental and was back on the road 10 min later in a new 15 pass. Ford Transit.  The employees were very organized and efficient and the check out was extremely painless and enjoyable from a customer standpoint.  Small town friendliness and comfort for sure.

I obviously only rented a single vehicle, but all of the cars/vans/trucks in the lot looked new, clean, and ready for the road.  I feel confident recommending any vehicle on the lot for the same experience I had.

Pricing is fair and competitive.  Nothing is more annoying than someone demanding executive level products and service for second-hand used prices...  If you want the cheapest rental, find an "oldies but goodies" car lot.  And prepare for a less than pleasant experience.  

I dropped the vehicle back off after hours.  The next morning I had an emailed receipt and final bill.  No hassle.

Loved the Fiat 500 I rented from Enterprise.  It was clean and ready to go when they said it would be.  Staff at Enterprise on Veterans Pkwy South were helpful as I am handicapped and he helped me load my vehicle after we finished the paperwork.  I am was very satisfied with my experience with Enterprise and will be a repeat customer the next time I need a rental.

Fantastic service and while they often are low or out of cars, Ken always makes it happen.  Great management. Ken always makes sure you get a copy of his card and encourages you to call him direct if you have any issues.  Top shelf.

Very easy to work with and friendly employees. Ken was great at pickup and drop off. I would definitely rent from this location in the future.
