Rented the '17 Chevy cruze, and it was amazing. Not only the car itself, but the service at pick up was outstanding. I had some issues with using a utitily bill, and they did everything they could to help me out instead of sending me away! Will be using them again if I need a rental.

Amazing customer service. I am a Business Customer, and deal with this Enterprise every month. They are very professional, and provide amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend going to this location, as they will make your experience an excellent one.

Do NOT choose Enterprise for your rental car needs! I recently got a truck from enterprise because my truck was totaled in a crash (I was not at fault). I first went to the nearest enterprise, which was the Fairborn, Ohio location. I was supposed to get an economy size car, but they were completely out of anything to lend out. So then their assistant manager, Sam Rodriguez, drove me in his bosses car, (which did not have a working passenger seat-belt) to the Vandalia, Ohio location. From there, they put me in a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500. I drove the vehicle to work and back and to shop around for a new vehicle for four days. Then I returned it to the Fairborn location where Sam Rodriguez checked it out, said it looked good, and gave me a receipt and I left. About a month later, I received a letter in the mail from enterprise saying there was damage to the bed and wheel well, which I did not do. Then they sent me an estimate for $1,676.31. I called the phone number they gave me for the damage recovery unit and disputed the claim. Close to two weeks later, they called me back and said they determined I was at fault for the damage. I also went to the Fairborn store and talked to Sam Rodriguez and he said since it was a month ago he doesn't recall if he saw any damage on the truck and he also said that enterprise was getting the truck out of their fleet. So it seems to me like they are just trying to put the blame on the last person who rented the vehicle. I know I did no damage to this truck and I will fight this accusation as much as I can. I am advising everyone to stay clear of this terrible business. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Stay Away!

Reserved a car 2 weeks before, checked on it the day before we were to get the car,was told no problem, got there the next day to get it, guess what they said, we don't have a full size vehicle, but you can have that sardine can that was just tuned back in as we were waiting our turn at the service desk Didn't want to rent a car anyway, Thanks Enterprise, you really did save me money.
