I started using New Carlisle about four years ago for service of my Town and Country.  Completely honest and helpful service department.  They kept my vehicle in great shape.  Then it was totaled.  I was looking for a used Town and Country, but could not find exactly what I wanted.  Chris Tobey personally helped me with my search.  I test drove at least six vehicles, a couple of them for a day or more.  There was no pressure or push for me to make a decision.  When it was over Chris helped my wife and I decide on a new Pacifica.  Fantastic car!  Then a deer decided it wanted my part of the road.  Back to New Carlisle Chrystler for body repair.  I just got the car back and it looks fantastic.  I think I would be fair to say they have a customer, and friend for life at New Carlisle Chrystler.  I recommend you talk with them about any of your needs.

Absolutely love the staff! Just purchased our 3rd car from here. I was in a accident and totaled the last one. I knew exactly who to call. Debra and David relieved so much stress and got us in a new car right away!
