It was one day before Christmas Eve i had a car rental with enterprise however they failed to tell me all the detail on renting my vehicle. I was so afraid i was not going to have a vehicle for the holidays. I called all around no one could help me then the lady at the budget in cherry hill said i think the budget in Depford , N,J has cars. I immediately called she only had small cars i have a family of 5. The staff was so patient with me and i need them to hold the car til 5 pm cause i needed a ride 45 mins away to pick it up. Going there not expecting the price. I saved over $100 dollars with budget compared to enterprise and i also received a bigger vehicle than i expected i am greatly appreciative of the staff and company on helping my family to have to best Christmas ever. I would highly recommend them.

So the rental was fairly easy.  After driving for 2 hours to return the car I needed to use the restroom.  I was told they do not have a public restroom.  I am a customer and should have been able to use the
 restroom.  Instead I was told I could go across the street to the dunkin donuts.  The street is difficult to cross and my husband and I are 65 and 67 years old.  It was rude to not allow use of the restroom.

Woman with accent at counter was very friendly and helpful. She was efficient and straightforward. I was in and out in no time for exactly what I needed. Highly recommended, avoid Hertz.

Rented there for yrs, but was told recently, I was no longer credit worthy as I was there to pick up my car at 4pm. This is the 3rd time I had an issue with this location. Either they want you to pay $200 for a deposit or $100. Their rental policies change on a whim. Go to Enterprise instead, at least their terms are in writing.
