Excellent customer service. Everything was very clear and they try to get you in and out of there as quick as they can even though it is always very busy. The manager Robbie is a very genuine guy and you can tell that he works hard to make everything work well while completely satisfying customers. Well done.

Always been a pleasure renting a car here. Staff is curious and understanding, while keeping the mood light and relaxed. Had a good experience this time as well. Vehicles clean and ready to go.

Attendants were nice but I made an online reservation and needed the car as early in the morning as possible. The car wasn’t ready, was being cleaned. They opened at 7:30, which was already too late, and then I didn’t get the car until after 8:00. Furthermore, they’re overcharging us like crazy. We chose enterprise because our business is loyal to them. This was a bad experience.

Trying to make us pay for cracked body work (obvious cracked bondo) that we did not cause.  It is also smaller than what the original lease attendant told us to inspect for. 
Car was dirty when we picked it up luxury Cadillac... 
Lease attendant had to wait for a managers approval yesterday... today she is the assistant manager...  and threatened to go to our insurance, before we even had a chance to speak to the “manager” who had to look at the crack...

I had few bad experiences with this Enterprise. in 2018 i have rented car 6 times out of which I had issue with the car 3 times( so check dashboard of the car for any warning signs). my personal experience is staff of Enterprise at major cites are more polite than that of small cities or towns.
