I used this location for years until I took a position in Atlanta.  Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated.  My most recent experience was pretty bad.  My rental wasn't ready and they seemed uninterested in getting me on my way in a timely fashion.  The car was supposed to be ready at 930am and wasn't available until 130pm.  I was simply told to enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant while I waited for them to return with a car for me.  After wasting my time the car was ready and I was on my way.  I returned the car late on Sunday in the over night drop section and left the keys.  I received an alert from the app that I needed to turn in the car the next day so I called and found that the vehicle hadn't been checked in and was being used to pick up customers for their rentals.  The lack of professionalism and sense of urgency was appalling.

The experience of renting the vehicle was faultless. But driving without the air conditioner got old fast. It did not work. Never did. Neither did Auto lights. I figure there was something wrong electronically. Luckily another member of my group had a rental car from Hertz that had a working a/c. When I turned my vehicle in a day early and asked for compensation for not having the a/c I was given $40 credit. Chump change to Enterprise. I asked for half off my rental, but no go on that. If it had been hot weather and I had not another car to ride in I would not have been such a happy customer. Next rental likely won't be with Enterprise.

My first experience with them was pretty great. This second one, however, was not. I set up the prior afternoon to be picked up first thing (they open at 730, I have to be at work at 8). At 745, I call to check on the status, and it's as if the prior conversation had not happened. I get it set, then 10 minutes later, the driver calls to ask for my address again. 
I finally get there, and I still have to do everything again. Then, there wasn't a clean car available, so I had to wait. I didn't leave till 835. 
Very frustrating!
