I've been there a few times and everytime they mess up. This was their 3rd chance and I thought it was going good, I told the man 4 times for just ketchup on my burger, he even repeated back 2 times to make sure the order was correct. When I got home it was wrong. Next time I'm going to a different Burger King.

Went through the drive thru and spent $80.00 for our family to eat supper and they didn't give us any of our fries for any of our meals. Called and they didn't offer a refund.

I would love to give them a 5 star rating but honestly only deserve a 3 star rating. The food is always good but alot of the times my husband's order is messed up and he always gets the same thing, which is a bacon king with just meat, cheese and bacon, no condiments, such a simple order but it gets messed up. The other reason for giving a 3 star rating is the attitudes of the employees, the attitude is really bad, especially from the store managers when it comes to breakfast or 2 hrs before closing. I'm not saying to not go there but to always double check your orders are right before leaving the parking lot cause if you don't, you just wasted 6-8 bucks for the meals if your only gonna eat the fries.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Forgot hashbrowns. Called them and they were happy to give to me but I have to go all the way back across town to get them.  Come on Burger King. Still love your food but please check your orders.

Waited over 20 minutes for one free large French fries then our food was cold

They rarely get the order right. I've gotten a totally different order twice. I can't go there for lunch anymore. I get a 30 minute lunch but after making them fix my orders I barely have time left to eat.

Very disappointed in this Burger Kings tacos. Nasty, over done, not much meat. Couldn't eat the shell of you wanted to

They were out of biscuits this morning but the lady taking orders at the drive thru made it ok, she was friendly and cheerful despite the issue with biscuits!

Good as usual.  Made fresh and the hot fries were great

Just went through my order was wrong, it was actually rung up wrong after I ebonically repeated it.  I specifically asked for my onion rings to be cooked hard for them to be soft and not even luke warm, had to go home and throw them in the air fryer.  Even my impossible whopper wasn't luke warm and distance isn't an excuse, I stay right round the corner.  They just reminded me why I don't eat out at Burger King.  SMDH, very unsatisfied.
