Beware the worst customer service I have ever had. We spend over $30 for breakfast sandwiches I asked for unsweetened tea with Splenda she never said they didn’t have any Splenda. When I got my food and tea I asked about the Splenda she said they only had sweet and low then told us we had to go back through the drive-through which was back up already. She never offered to get it and bring it to us. Food is nasty and covered in grease. These reviews needs to give everyone the option of giving what we really want to give a -2* . So I when across the street to get me a good unsweetened tea. The service is very good at the McDonald’s across the street which I had just got my food from there. Only reason we went to the Krystal was because where we live they don’t have a Krystal and my husband loves the Krystal burgers. But not at this one I don’t think he even ate his burgers that we had to wait for. After all the wait for the burgers they wasn’t even cooked all the way. How can you make someone wait almost 20 minutes for Krystal burgers and not get them cooked all the way. My daughter said they couldn’t eat there’s either. So I guess I’m going to change my -2* to -10* please don’t waste your money on this place. Nasty food and very very unfriendly service.
I am originally from the the north, and there is another chain that specializes in the "slider" style burger. I have had a serious craving for those, but that chain only has one location in Orlando and it's right in the middle of the Disney traffic nightmare. Pass. I have been told that Krystal's are the exact same thing, so I figured it was time to find out for myself. I ordered the number 3 combo, large. That's 3 double cheeseburgers, fries, and drink. What I got was 2 double cheeseburgers, a very small fry, and a drink. First the food. Not knowing how the burgers are prepared, I received the doubles with cheese, pickles, and mustard. I wasn't prepared for the mustard as the other chain's do not put condiments on the burgers. However, I am not opposed to the mustard, it was just a different taste than I expected. There are similarities with the thin burger, sauteed onions, and the slider bun. But that's about it. The fries are not crinkle cut like the other chain, they are more like the ones at a Burger King. And, they are not my favorites by any means. Service: The lady who took my order seemed to be the only employee who was trying to juggle the front counter and the drive-through simultaneously. She was friendly but she was very overwhelmed and obviously did not get an opportunity to check my order. The line cook wasn't in any sort of company gear and looked like someone they may have pulled in at the last minute. Expressionless and one could tell she didn't want to be there. The third employee stood at the corner of the grill area between the front counter and drive through window putting orders in bags. Looking at the sight of this person, almost made me cancel my order. She had absolutely no desire to be there. No expression. Just stood there batting her massive fake eyelashes and sighing. Cleanliness. Tables needed wiped down. The location was not busy, as the lunch rush had not started yet. Had I used the bathroom before I ordered, I would have not ordered and left immediately. If the bathrooms are that bad, what's the kitchen area like? Obviously the labor market everywhere is horrible, especially in the food and service industries. As a hiring manger, I get it. But management must motivate, incentivize, and reward those employees who do show up to work and who do try to perform at an expected level. Good luck in your future.
We are from up North. Had heard these are similar to what we have. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Why on earth would you RUIN a sandwich with mustard of all the condiments? Mustard by far is the nastiest. We just wasted about 25 minutes waiting on our food and paid $20.00 to throw it away. Would never recommend. White Castle is the best with very good reasons. You really should advertise the nasty mustard clearly. Your ladies room needs attention also.
Chicken sandwich was cooked so hard not edible. Burgers were blan had 0 flavor. Not sure what Krystal has done but they need to undo it. Staff was friendly. Looked like we'll staffed but took a long time. Not super busy
Went through the drive thru, the woman working the speaker was very rude and rushed us to order even though there wasn't a line behind us. I got the 5 cheese Krystal's and chili cheese fries meal. All of my Krystal's looked as if they were cooked hours beforehand and the same with the pathetic soggy fries I was given. Not surprised much though as I used to work at this location and know personally how rude and uncaring the crew is. I can see why they are rapidly losing business. Pathetic.
This place has the slowest service ever. I got pulled around to the door out of the drive-through when I was the only vehicle in line. Then waited another 20+ minutes because "our biscuits were cooking." Don't waste your time or money here.
The young lady that cooks breakfast is the best she goes above and beyond she has such a beautiful spark that lights the room also the young lady that takes the order they are wonderful THEY NEED A RAISE!!!
Nice place, I really liked the fries. They did a great job and didn’t mess up 5 custom meals.
This store has the most disrespectful employees. They hate their job and therefore they hate the customers. They are unprofessional and should be replaced. The food is half cooked. Because they are so dumb they can’t cook right. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Not even my dog.
I only got half if my food I ordered, and when I called all I could get was a recording, when I did go back and told them about not getting allowed my food they said I should of called and I waited to long to come back,which was about about a week later.Food: 4/5
