Well, I will not return to this location. First, the older lady who took our order was beyond rude us. If she smiled, it would have killed her. We have been waiting for our food half an hour, still sitting and waiting right now! Currently my dad went and asked when the food would be ready. It’s been half an hour now. She snapped at him told him he needs to wait. Other people got their foods before us, when they had their orders taken after us. Her customer service is absolutely horrible! I worked in HR and would fire her on the spot. She is blaming all the workers and raising her voice to them in-front of the customers. We finally received our food they plopped down the trays. All of our food we paid for isn’t here. Missing biscuits and cookies. The place is not clean. All table dirty and flood horrible. Whoever the supervisor is, needs to be fired as well or trained. He is now fighting with the rude lady who took our order. He’s raising his voice at her telling her to stop. She’s raising her voice at him and saying inappropriate things. This KFC needs to handled ASAP. Someone from corporate please contact me ASAP.
Horrible customer service! The cashier who was working on 10-9-2022 did not catch her name needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Yells at customers, does not do her job and has absolutely no customer service. No one will return as long as she is there. Everyone who witnessed how she acted today deserves a refund. You WILL lose money by keeping her as an employee. Considering customers walked out once they saw her attitude, I hope your decision is very easy to make.
This place needs to be on the undercover boss.I would love to see this. It took 30 minutes or longer for food to come out. While others are still getting their food. Another customer waited for 45 minutes. After asking what was going on the cashier yelled at the customers saying "We will just have to wait." Instead of communicating that they had to make more chicken strips she goes off on the customers. Their is no excuse to treat customers like that. She even got into an argument with the manager. In the middle of this customers walked out not willing to put up with the abuse. Something really needs to be done here. The place is also dirty including tables and floors. 3 of the choices of soda where our of order. Please do something about this place it is making Tifton look bad.
Restaurant dirty, drink machines gross and sticky.. workers were great and on point but it look like no one cleans, bought family pack which said free cookies but never got my cookiesFood: 3/5
Right down from Burger King grew up with chicken I'm from the Carolinas born and raising the country and KFC too some of the best chicken also crispy love it right here in Tifton Georgia right off the interstateFood: 4/5
Witnessed cashier yell and be rude to couple waiting at the counter cause they politely asked why they were still waiting after 30 mins. She just attacked them then when asked ok then why weren't we notified they were yelled at again. Then turned and rudely said to next customer she was gonna have to wait. This isn't the first time I've been to this KFC or seen this cashier act this way. Older lady with red hair. But this time I did turn and walk about. No one deserves to be treated that way. There was absolutely no reason for how this woman acts towards customers.
I've always loved KFC but honestly the chicken is still good but not as good as it used to be. It always takes 5 minutes for the drive throu people to answer before taking your order, which I understand places are short staffed but it could be alot better.
I ordered a bucket. A crispy sandwich and 3 chicken tenders. I asked for honey. Total $38. The left out the tenders and honey. The chicken was old and dud not taste well. It will be awhile before go there again.
This was the worst experience Since when did the original recipe come skinless!?, that is how ours was. Potatoes were so watery you didn't need gravy except for flavor and the biscuits I believe were yesterday's. My charcoal was softer. What an Absolute waste of money. Sure hope management sees this and does something because KFC original has always been my favorite and as of now., I will not eat there again. I will just buy Publix.
Went inside to order my food to go cashier was very friendly and those that filled my order got it right and they were pretty darn fast..Food: 5/5
