This Taco Bell experience was the worst I have experienced. We ordered our food from the kiosk and when we brought it back to our table we noticed we didn’t have cups for our drinks. I went back to the counter to ask for our cups and that’s when I was told they only had water and iced tea. There were 2 people who were ordering from the kiosk and my husband let them know there was only water and iced tea available. The manager with an attitude said, “there was supposed to be a sign to let you know and if there isn’t one I’m sorry.” She then inhaled deeply and said to herself, “it’s going to be okay” which I heard. Garbage was overflowing and the whole place was extremely dirty. The bathrooms had no soap and pee was all over the floors. There was a paper towel roll left on the sink to dry your hands because the dispenser was out that was sopping wet. Defeats the whole purpose of it being there when it’s wet.
Placed an online order tonight but it was pretty late around 2. As expected, they were out of a fair amount of things, which didn't bother us since we knew it was near closing. The lady substituted missing items for the next best thing. The food was edible, but can't expect much from any taco bell especially at those hours. She was stressed out, trying to make sure we got everything we ordered and trying to also make sure they people behind us would get their order quick. She was super kind and chill, definitely deserves some recognition and a break.
The store looks to be fairly new but i see reviews from 7 months ago. Service at a snails pace. It took 20 mins for our order and I over heard many times from the cashier “we don’t have that”. My order had substitutions that I didn’t ask for, i was told about it when i got my meal. My suggestion is to find new management. I could have gone across the street paid slightly more for a real mexican lunch.
This past Monday me and my mother went up to Taco Bell around 9:30, the young lady in the drive through was super nice, but once I pulled around to wait for my order some of the employees was out on the patio yelling saying they wanted some weed and also taking about other type of drugs. Then when our food came out who I am guessing was the manager was rude and completely ignored my mother and went straight to the employees and started smoking and talking to them basically joining their conversation. This is not the first time That I have went up there and had to deal with that from that manager she is just rude and doesn't seem like she cares about her job.
Back again at the "Horror bell of the south" and what can I say they don't disappoint in service.Food: 1/5
This taco bell only takes one order at a time to try to make their window time lower in the drive through. Cars backed up to the road and only doing one car at a time. Once you finally get to the window they make you pull around to the door to get your order to also make it seem their window time is lower.
Love the hard shell Supreme tacos. They were out of some things but it did not stop us from ordering. Mom loves this place also.Food: 5/5
Soft taco tortilla was hard and stale at 10 AM. Doublesteak grilled cheese burrito was excellent. They didn't have any reciept paper so I couldn't claim my points on the app, but the manager was very polite and apologized. Definitely one of the better taco bells I have been to
Sink is inoperable in Men's restroom. Doesn't turn on at all. No soap either. Ordered Vegetarian 7 layer nacho fries that comes with Guacamole. No Guacamole. Went back to counter and was told they are out of Guacamole. Well, what did I spend $4 for? Also ordered Mexican pizza. No fork in bag. Asked for fork, said out of forks. Well how do I eat my Mexican pizza? Went to get G2 gatorade out of pop machine, completely out. My chicken wrap tasted like it was made a few days ago. Disaster.
Disgusting! Everything was dirty. Especially the bathrooms. Trashes were over flowing. Plus the service was awful. Had to wait to even be acknowledged to order. They also didn't have napkins available and only provided 2 for 4 people. When we asked for more they still only gave us 2. I personally love Taco bell food but it just couldn't make up for the state of the building and the poor service.
