"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

This place has gone way down. I use to like coming to this restaurant but they have been serving food that has been old one time to many for me . Chicken strips look like they sat up all day in the warmer . I drove all the way from TRH to be disappointed

There’s no way they have more than 3 stars. I’ll be calling corporate Monday. Refused to give me my money back because the food was in the bag. Ok well you put it in the bag it wasn’t the right order and they said they have to do what the automated machine said. So they double charged me. No checkers is proud of that. You’re human you should tell it what to do. All they said was we do what the automated machine says. And that’s all they said. They didn’t seem thrilled about it either but the groundhog in the field behind the place I think was In charge and it was his day off and he just didn’t care either. AND we didn’t get the complete order on any meals. Ooof! I’ll stick with five guys and chick Fila. Bottom feeders

Best Food in Tifton!! Best Service! And Very kind Workers!

Usually I have no complaints when it comes to this Checkers... Great food, great teams, great service, perfect milk shake straws, BUT today all I truly wanted today was a large vanilla milk shake. So we order one small strawberry shake & one large vanilla shake... She got the shakes backwards even after her asking us twice. I was gonna over look that part cause they were slammed at the moment, but to have both shakes pretty much comes out being strawberry & lite strawberry burns my butt. I am allergic to strawberries & it was to hot as well as to hot. Ughhhh so disappointed. Southern Smiles, E

They were efficient, professional, and served excellent food. The order taker sounded upbeat and eager to serve. I would definitely return and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

The last couple times I order the BBQ Bacon Burger, they have given me the standard Buford no BBQ, no bacon but have charged me for the BBQ Bacon receipt was correct for what i ordered. Please take it off your menu if you are not going to make it or at least ask the customer if you can substitute and not over charge them!  Would be zero stars, but the fries were good

Happy, efficient, working as a team, etc. great example of a well run operation. Checkers' strawberry banana milkshake is addictive, but not all locations can handle a single window order. This place alerted each other to the window order and when it was ready, it was provided quickly by a third member. Quickly knew the sauces, etc  Some locations completely freeze up and wont answer the window, keep their back to it, or forget it completely after the order is taken. Some also get offended when expected to know the menu.  Everyone was enjoying their job, their company, and their hot 100degree day inside

Food was really good and fresh at this location. But what really impressed me is the crew member that took my order. She was patient and so professional. I was having a VERY hard day and out of nowhere over the speaker she says to me, "Ma'am I just want to know how you're doing today. I hope you are doing well." It was so genuine and I was blown away. Totally made my day. I wish I had asked her name so I can give her a shout out.

I love the food and customer service! It’s the new automated system im not a fan of.

Got 3 orders with special discounts , quick service and very polite.Food: 5/5
