Had not been to a Church's chicken since I was a teenager, but it was just as I remembered good chicken..This particular church's is at a greyhound but stop,and the two young ladies who were working the front counter  were AMAZING even as buses pulled in and the store became crowded those 2 ladies kept smiles on their faces the whole time, and kept the line moving.I have not seen customer service in the fast food industry like this unless I am at chick filet..I made sure to complement them and thank them for their great service.

I was in drive thru briefly. The girl who answered the intercom was fast and polite. It was service with a smile. Church's  Mac &   was delightful. Ace's for all.Food: 5/5

Food was old, hard and taste like it was cooked in burned grease.....i threw most of it away. The attendant was all over the place talking to an outsider while taking my order. Most of the time the food is good but this time it wasn'tFood: 3/5

You got one star because you have to rate.  We ordered an 8 piece meal. You'd think the biscuits would come with it since you paid 27.00. The mash potato taste like some kind of cleaning soap. The coleslaw was terrible. We asked for sweet tea we got unsweet. I watched him pour it straight from a bag. The price is way to high. The chicken was the only thing decent. When you drive up and order they don't give you time to order before they tell you to move up. They need a new Manager and workers.

Website says you close at 10:00 pm. My wife was there at 9:20 pm and no one would serve her.  Please get your operating hours straight. Unless, you want your customers going to KFC, which we had to do.

The horrible smell. Was the lobby mopped with dirty water or what? The food was good, thou.

Great food but can be a tad bit greasy every so often, I believe it depends on how long the chicken is being cooked in the oil. Nonetheless, good place to eat comfort food.

I definitely think everyone should be fired. So how does someone tell a customer that they close at 9 and they’re not cooking anymore Mac and cheese. A big dike came to the window and told me a lie when I know for fact they close at 10. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. The entire staff should be fired.
