Waited 10 minutes at the drive through to order. They said hold we'll be right with you then never came back. We were the only car there at 4:30 pm. This burger king should probably be closed permanently. They are in much need of repairs, and a better staff. I ended up just driving away.

Last year I gave 1 star because filthy it was. I decided to try one more time because I was coming out of Walmart around 2pm. I saw it clean and employees was polite and I saw manager helping and very attentive to customers, beside all clean and the fountain sodas area was clean and window clean . I hope they keep it that way. ⁠⁠⁠‿⁠⁠⁠

Grilled Burger, Chewy Bacon, Cheese, Ketchup, Mayo On 2 Slices of Sourdough Bread. Delicious! Sound good to you too? You would never guess its at Burger King, called the Sourdough King, and priced at  2 for $5. This is a hit, and coming from a person who does not usually go to Burger King, this is quite a compliment.  This is just a great sandwich. If I set this in front of you, unless you have seen the ad on tv, you would not guess the place or price. Great value, big taste

This place is the worst. I was the only one in the drive thru and it still took over 10 minutes. They don't greet you at the drive up speaker. I sat there for 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The drive thru order screen was smashed and never replaced. This place looks like it is falling apart.

This is the worst BK in existence. I have been in contact with corporate on this location for so long, but management isn’t concerned as they continue to manage this location into the ground. They make their own hours despite the posted hours of operation. It’s 10:09 and they have the drive-thru closed and their phone doesn’t work. When is someone going to take control of this garbage place and get an entirely new staff that isn’t brand damaging like the current staff? Or is this location just going to close for good soon?

I always do drive thru and they are always fast and super friendly. Like I dont understand the poor reviews Just had breakfast at this location first time and it was great. Lunch is really good to always on point

This is my first trip to Burger King in over a decade. The food was basically as expected.  Basically OK but obviously more expensive than a decade ago.  Got the bacon cheese whopper. It leaves an odd after taste that I don't like.  But syncs with my memory of my previous experience.  For the price go to Curves instead and get a much better burger even if it costs a few dollars more.  If you are in that much of a rush buy something cheap like a Taco. French fries were OK. Kind of bland.

Worst Burger King location . I placed an order for 2 bacon cheeseburger plains through the app at 9:17pm and I had to wait until 9:58pm to receive it only to receive the wrong order. They had to redo the burgers again and I ended up getting overcooked burgers that look like coal . Stay away from this location. Staff is very disorganized and they lack attention to detail.

This place shouldn't be opened if they're NOT going to do business PROPERLY. The lobby hours say open till midnight but I couldn't buy a single thing and it's only 10:13pm. I asked an employee for service and she was sitting outside and looked at me like she didn't understand ENGLISH at all. Her coworker said they'd open back up in a half hour, that was at 9:00pm.  I still haven't seen single customer walk in and order ANYTHING AT ALL. Please put better management inside this place or shut it down PERMANENTLY. ANGRY CUSTOMER ON VACATION

People keep coming here because of the sentimental attachment with the food. Probably based on childhood memories when BK used to be a good restaurant...
