I went in just to grab something. A customer was at the self pay our getting a drink. He put his change in to pay and then tried to find someone who worked there. No one was around. Finally he signaled a young man who never smiled or asked how they can help. He said he tried to pay and the worker said it doesn’t accept change or paper money. I thought to myself then why not a sign or someone there to assist? The customer asked if he could get his money back and the worker said no. He paid again. He said just got an extra 75 cents from me. The worker was quick to get an attitude and said that he didn’t the machine did. He said well the store. Customer was irritated but never cursed or was rude but the worker was! I was shocked we both were. He had no customer service skills and I hope the guy contacts the manager. I tried calling this store but no answer. It’s also a nasty store from walking in. Very run down for this area. The one further down is a lot nicer! I would avoid this one!
Management needs to here this, all the locations on youree are just disappointing to say the least, close at whatever hour they want, try making sure your employees are not completely stoned and/or drunk...you can smell it a mile away, in this instance I'm talking about the location on youree and Stratmore, on Thursday 12/23..today we had to all leave bc she pushed us out the door, didn't explain why. Is this okay? Is this just how horrible y'all's stores have become? Should I just never shop again bc this is the norm for you
Visited this location November 26, 2021 after 2:30 a.m. this store appearance was awful. The floors needs mopping and it most definitely could use some zone cleaning. Please show your restrooms some tender love and care. Restrooms are in poor condition and needs cleaning. I only stopped to use the restroom because the Circle K down the street from LSU college had out of order signs on their door. Show your patrons that you care.
The pumps have been out of receipt paper lately. The purpose of pay at the pump is so that the customer doesn’t have to go inside/wait in line.
Went in for a soda that was $2.50 and the tax charged was $1.34. When I tried to explain that was incorrect and way too much the clerk got ugly and started cussing me when I asked for my money back. She had long blonde hair and refused to give me her name. Bad service and worst employees. I won’t go back. It occurred Monday June 14 around 4:15pm.
Needing to speak with a manager from this location. Was told the only time to reach one is between 6am and 2pm Monday through Friday. I'm out $50 because of incompitant employees and am not happy about this. The solution is so simple and could be handled with so much ease if only a manager could be reached .
Store was dirty Employees did not have on mask Had to ask for a receipt. Employees playing on cell phone
The store is filthy! Litter all over the place near the pumps.
Cashier was very nice helpful.
