Burnett is a family run business that started in a single gas station and has grown to multiple locations in Manhattan Kansas and Kansas City Metro area in Johnson County Kansas. We offer a full range of tires and automotive repair services. No job is too minor or major to take care of for our customers. We offer free shuttle service, home and business service calls and much more that you are used to getting from a “home town” shop!

My car is making a grinding sound when I make right turns. It's unmistakable...and loud. I made an appointment for 8 AM, dropped my car off and told them I needed it back by 1. I hadn't herd anything by 12:30 so I called them. They told me they were just now test driving it. I told them I needed it back so we'd just have to do it another time. When I went to get my car, they told me I had misunderstood them on the phone and that they had already test driven it, but they were unable to recreate the problem. There is a 0% chance they drove the car and were unable to recreate the problem. Which means they lied to me, didn't drive the car at all, and wasted half my Saturday (not to mention that now I have to go through this whole process again somewhere else). I won't speak for there work, but they sure don't value their customers time very much.

I use to work here the automotive Tech was real cool but the manager Craig and Greg treated people of color very Basis with no respect for the customer who is of color the owner Comrade close his eyes to their behavior i would not do business with this company it only cater to the WHITE CUSTOMERS BASE...

Charged for inspection. And tried to charge more than 400$ for the same service at Firestone. The representative was disrespectful and argumentative when I inquired into the high cost for a simple alternator replacement. Never again. Stay away.

If you need a good shop that will treat you right, I would highly recommend these guys here off 151st at Burnett. Never have I felt more informed about the issues with my car and how to prevent future repairs from happening. I have never once felt like they were pushing me to do unnecessary repairs on any of my vehicles by using strong arm tactics just to get more money. I just want to say thank you to Lance for always treating my car like his own and going above my expectations on more than exceptional customer service. Also, to the front desk manager Greg for always greeting me with a smile and taking his time to explain things I might not understand. I can happily say that we have built a strong professional relationship and I will continue to only bring my cars to this location.
