Where do I start, C.C. is a professional realtor! We had been through 3 realtors in the Killeen area before finding C.C., so when you read the reviews BELIEVE the hype, she is that good. She let us lead on the timeline of purchasing a home and provided us with education on the home buying process and things to truly to think about as a homeowner. She's caring and really loves her job. She may be busy but that's only because she's that good. If you leave a message she will promptly return your call with the answer. I highly recommend Ms. Harris!

What a pleasure and stress free process working with CC.  My husband and I had to purchase a house near Fort Hood within a time constraint-but we did not have the luxury of time or proximity to physically see houses on our own.  CC worked diligently to show us various properties via Skype that were within our specs and price ranges during extended evening and weekend hours.  Her services extended above and beyond the standard, as she made sure that all interactions and processes between the all parties (buyer, seller, mortgage company, tilting company, inspector, appraiser) occurred seamlessly.  I highly recommend CC!  As an Army vet herself, she prides herself on working hard and achieving remarkable results.  Thank you CC!

C.C. Is so amazing at what she does! She is quick honest and very knowledgeable, We were so pleased with how she handled everything during our home buying process. We would definitely do it all over again but not with out her!

We could not more enthusiastically recommend C.C. Harris to any one of our family members or friends. C.C. provided us the knowledge, skill, and commitment to find us our dream home. We worked with C.C. immediately upon learning of our military move; her in-depth understanding of the military change of station and VA loans proved us power to seize the perfect home.

C.C. Harris introduced homes to us from foreclosures, owner-seller, and new construction. These homes were in communities within Killeen, Harker Heights, Belton, Temple, and Coppras Cove. Visiting these homes required a large time commitment at odd-hours, on weekends and following work. Without hesitation, C.C. introduced us to a plethora of homes we desired to view. Her guidance and recommendations allowed us to narrow our search, consider long-term investment ideas, and prioritize our amenities.

With C.C.’s expertise we constructed a beautiful home in an exclusive neighborhood in Nolanville. This home surpassed our expectations, primarily due to C.C.’s oversight of the construction, negotiation of terms, and commitment to our interests. C.C. Harris provided us the utmost professional real estate representation, which is not matched.
