Went to pick up my deposit for 2 keys ($40) this evening, got there about 10 minutes to close and the doors were locked... When I knocked there was no answer so I had to go to the side door and continued to knock till I was responded to and was told they were closed... mind you its 5:25 now... so I continued to knock when they finally got the hint and let me in... I was able to retrieve my money but not without being told not to come back to that office... my response... no problem... that is not how you run a company in my opinion... very rude workers there... I would not rent from these people for anything...

I have been dealing with them for now 6 years as for as Hunter Rental they are a good company & Kim is very nice, professional & will do what ever she can for you as much as the owners will let her. People need to understand how it really works hunter rentals is ONLY the 3rd party they have to do what the owner of your house/ apartment says since they are the one’s who owns the building not what you the tenet says. Their contract is through the owner not you. So if your in need of something & it just isn’t getting done remember they can only do what the owners say. They have a really really great maintenance team that is always on time & will fix anything. So if your looking to rent they are a good company to go through.

I am a property owner that has been managed by Hunter Rentals and Property Management for the past 10 years.  They are a highly professional company and do an excellent job of managing my property.  I highly recommend them.  Kim M, the Leasing Agent is excellent in her getting my property leased up in short order.  I have never had any vacancies for any duration, and she gets existing residents to sign new leases when their term ends.

Hunter has managed our rental property for many years now, and we are beyond satisfied. They are professional, prompt and very fair, which is no easy task when you work for both property owners AND tenants.  Most recently, Julia has gone above and beyond to assist me with replacing the refrigerator in our property—I appreciate how friendly and extra helpful she has been in coordinating the details.  Thank you, Julia!!

I must say they're a very fair property management company for the most part. I hired them to manage my property for two years overall they did what was expected and what was promised. I would recommend them to anyone that's looking for a rental an also management. Customer service skills of some of their employees are not that great. I contacted them and asked questions about repairs done my home that had be done repeatedly.  And  was emailed shortly after and was told I needed to find I new management company due to me being rude to one of their employees. I didn't think asking detail questions about my being charge for the same repairs is rude or wrong it's my property. I feel they trust what their employees a little to much, but overall I still feel like they're a okay company to do business with.
