These guys are amazing if you have a Volvo.  Whether you need repairs done or have a general question, they get you taken care of quickly.

These guys have done a truly outstanding job every time I have worked with them. 
Most recently, I brought my wife's 2002 V70 in after her radiator was damaged and started leaking coolant. We dropped the car off around 1pm, without an appointment; thinking it would be there for awhile, I asked if they could replace the transmission fluid as well. 
They had the radiator replaced, transmission fluid changed, and the car ready to be picked up by 5pm the same day! On top of that their quoted (and billed) price was only about half of what I though the repair would cost me. 
My Volkswagen is getting close to retirement, and I am seriously considering getting a Volvo just so we can use this shop for my car too. I cannot recommend them enough.

First and foremost, I need to extend a HUGE THANK YOU, to the people at Carl Duke Volvo. I myself am in the car industry and a customer of mine recommend us to Carl Duke. We have been having issues with our beloved 97 960 and aren't currently in the best financial situation. We brought our Volvo in for a simple inspection to diagnose the problems.

The shop closed at 5:30 and we weren't able to get there in time so they worked with us so we could still pick up our car, which in itself was awesome! But when we picked it up was when we were really amazed! The mechanics at Carl Duke FIXED our Volvo. She had a terrible exhaust leak and you could hear her from miles away. For the first time in months she ran like new! There were a few other minor problems which they listed for us and they fixed as well. I was beyond happy and so incredibly relieved! THIS is how you earn customer's business for life!

We will never take our car anywhere else and again, we can't thank you all enough! Whether it was a small fix or not, you have no idea how amazing that was!

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I just picked up my Volvo today and am very pleased with the service and repairs, as well as the price! All done in a very timely manner. This has been the second time I've taken my car to Carl Duke's and I highly recommend this shop :)

For years Carl Duke Volvo has taken care of my family. When I became a single mother of two boys under 5 I was in a desperate situation. I brought my Volvo in for repair. They knew how important it was for me to keep that car driving. They also knew how poor I was. Like family they helped me get by for years. Made it to 350,000 miles with their help and support! These guys are honest family men. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
