They skipped offering gap insurance, so we started shopping for gap insurance, but the car was totaled a week and a half after buying it, then they said they did offer gap but that's a lie. The salesman told us one thing, finance guy told us another. They screwed up and then lied to us about it and now we are out of a car and can't get another till the wrecked one is paid off. They refuse to provide proof to us that they did in fact offer gap because the truth is they didn't. Salesman is the WORST car salesman ever. Telling lies about how he was a multi millionaire and how he was in tight with the gangs of Memphis and put a hit out on his bankers life. Who the hell says stuff like that to their customers? This guy is a joke and so is this store.

Whether buying, selling or getting repair/service work can't beat the customer service here! Jon, Jaz, & Rhonda were phenomenal in the process of appraising & selling out old van and getting us in a new one. Kevin & Benny in the service area are second to none! We'll continue to come to Carmax for all our vehicle needs.

I would with this location for months to find the right truck. I found the one I wanted and had it shipped to Jackson. The team was great. I worked with David who took care of me from start to finish. Whenever I have questions, I can go by and get any help I need.

I wish I would have been given a customer service rep that wasn’t so concerned with running my credit. I wasn’t aware that each time I found a car that met my budget that they would run my credit every single time. I’m sure there are a certain amount of credit applications that the sales reps have to get a day...  I don’t appreciate feeling like I was just another application. I set up an appointment later in the day and the day light had gone once I arrived.... if you all had known you wasn’t going to show me the vehicles I had come in there wanting to see them why get me to run a credit card application? Let me find something I want before you try to get me to do a credit card application. You get what I mean? We all work so hard on our credit don’t take that for granted. What if someone did that to you?  I came in there with my head held high ready to find a car for me and left feeling sad and stuck. Couldn’t believe it ... after the great things I had heard. Being a young woman going to school, working full time, and living on my own I had hoped I wouldn’t have been taken advantage of. Worse part, a female sales rep was the one who took care of me. Smh.
