This place is a rip off.  I bought a car there three years ago.  The sales manager put his hand over the price of the car on the financing contact.  I was in a hurry and just signed it.  Once I got home and read it, it was $3000.00 more than than told be the price of the car was.  Unfortunately in the state of Tennessee, you have no there day right to cancel on a car purchase.  I've paid the car if over a month ago and still they haven't gotten the title after repeated phone calls to the manager and a couple to their corporate office.  Don't buy a car from these people.  
UPDATE: Finally got my title three months later, pitiful.  Just another reason for the 1 Start rating.

This car lot is not even worth a star. Very unprofessional and the cars are trash,  even with your thirty day warranty if anything goes wrong  with the car. They  will tell the auto mechanic to do the bare minimum repair just so they won't have a to pay what's needed.  I won't have ever my enemy go there.   Drive right by it!!!!

Best Buy Here Pay Here around! Everyone was very helpful and nice! They understand not everyone has good credit. They give you a 6 month warranty. They also help your credit by reporting. Most others don't! Can't go wrong here!

I discovered a payment had been made from my bank account to this business-
I called to inquire and it was someone who had worked for me that copied my bank card somehow

When I asked them to give my money back and sue their customer
The lady said she couldn't give me my money back because I knew the person
How about that?
They accepted a bank card payment of a different name yet

Extremely overpriced vehicles that prevents you from being able to refinance to get away from a extremely high APR%. This review is for all Drive Now car lots state wide.
