My experience at City Auto was excellent right from the get-go. Love the no pressure atmosphere and their commitment to providing excellent customer service and no-haggle pricing on all their automobiles. And it was not nearly as stressful as visiting a traditional dealership. My salesman was Mr. Dwayne Westbrook. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable, and made my visit very pleasant. I am very pleased with the vehicle I have chosen for myself, as it was one of my top 3 picks in the end. I would definitely recommend City Auto to those who are looking to trade in their current vehicle, or for those who are looking to buy very first car. A+++

Our experience at City Auto was a great one. We live over an hour away, but we'll worth the drive. Lisa was very nice and easy to talk to while showing the car; very quick to follow up on any questions I had. Calvin was very respectful and knows how to get things done. He was great at making sure the car was up to our standards and ready to go. Brian had a great attitude, and made the contract signing quick and painless. The whole staff was very nice during our experience. I will definitely give these guys a call next time I buy another vehicle!

Stay away!!! These guys have screwed us!! We needed a seven passenger full sized SUV to haul around our family. We wanted either a Sequoia or a Yukon XL Denali and went there to look at a couple. We were approved and had financing from our credit union so we didn't need them to finance anything. The vehicle we were trading in was financed through Ally and we wanted to just see if they could beat our credit union rate. We found an XL Denali that we wanted so we TOLD THEM that we wanted to just see if Ally could beat it. We ONLY gave them permission to run it through Ally and that was it! We of course the credit union was better, so we did that for nothing. Well... 2 months later we keep getting things from other lenders saying they ran it through them for credit. There have been about 15 inquiries... No exaggeration! These guys went friggin rouge and sent our credit app to everybody in the financing business. Well... We've been working on our house getting it ready to rent out and in about 6 months will be buying another house. We now have a ton of work to do to get the 30 or so inquiries off mine and my wife's credit score. And, there are problems with the Denali and they all appeared after their 30 day 1000 mile warranty they say you'll have. Go some place reputable. This place is confusing with there being different contractors and salesmen that belong to the contractors... I didn't know what the heck was going on there most of the time. Sounds like there are several people that own the cars and have salespeople to sell them and they somehow all use City Auto as the advertising and financing mechanism. I am still confused!

Everyone is nice and helpful here. We were asking by multiple people if we needed help. I had the pleasure of working with Antonio. He made the long car buying process easy. They really try to work with you and make things some even when you come unprepared like I did. Greta dealer ship with affordable prices and services.The car I liked at had small scratches on the window and they promised to take car of it.

Mike was not only very helpful in helping my family find a car, but he was very personable as well. He was able to help us in a fast and timely manner while still giving us an excellent amount of information about the car that we in fact took home the same day. All in all, Mike was awesome and he went out of his way to help us.
