What a refreshing experience. Chris Johnson's honesty was truly refreshing. How nice it would be if all sales people could be that way. Oh, and by the way, it was worth the drive because he saved me over $300 from deals offered by 6 area Toyota dealers. If you are buying a car or know someone considering a new car, Chris is the one to see.

Roberts Toyota is an incredible dealership! I have been trying to buy a new Tundra for over 4 months with no luck because my credit was not the best.  I had basically given up after my credit union would not finance the Tundra Roberts had that I was looking to buy.  I received an email from Paul the GM and Mike the Internet sales mgr asking to give them a chance to finance it.  My credit had been pulled over 45 times in the past 4 months so I was very hesitant but I trusted them and let them pull my credit anyway.  The next day I received a call from Mike asking when I would like to pick up my truck!!!!!  I told him I would come that day!  I live in Knoxville, TN and traveled 3-4 hrs to Colombia, TN to Roberts Toyota!  Would I recommend and buy from them again?  ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

The team walked me through the process from start to finish, paying attention to every detail. The staff regularly texted me after hours from their personal phones to be sure I had what I needed. If you are buying a car, it should be Toyota (best engineers). And if you are buying a Toyota, it should be from the team at Roberts!

I drove 4 hours from Atlanta to do business with Chris Johnson at Roberts Toyota and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I was in the market for a specific truck and my local dealerships were either unwilling or unable to find it. 
Chris and I communicated by phone and email for a few weeks to work out a deal on the exact truck I was looking for and he had all purchase paperwork ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. The price was exactly as we'd discussed, no hidden charges, no pressure, no problem.
A few quick signatures, handshake and they sent me on my way with a truck that nobody else could find, with a lifetime powertrain warranty and a full tank of gas. 
I highly recommend these guys, especially if you're having trouble finding the particular vehicle you want.

I could not have picked a better sales person then Chris Johnson.  It was such a pleasure working with him and I left feeling taken care of. He was an honest person which illuminated all the doubt. I would work with him again in an instant. It’s rare to find a sales person like him.  The experience was great. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, call or go see Chris Johnson today!
