I have been paying on a car for 3 years now I went to this location to make a payment and to turn off auto pay cause my bank won't be able to process this weekend I waited at window 5-10 minutes before a guy finally came out of office no apology nothing I tell him my situation he said the lady isn't here to make payments today.... all there advertisement says buy here pay here he tells me it a different company?? I didn't get any notifications telling me that. Now that I drove there for nothing I'm frustrated.  He says I can get you a number. When I didn't want to take the number and started to walk out he gets a attitude with me I guess cause I didn't take number I don't know and said take the number it's up to you I don't care if you pay on your car or not. I was thinking to myself wow I been paying 3 years on time good credit and you don't care.  Some great customer service skills you have

Had a great experience at Drive Now in Dickson. Dan was awesome, he explained a lot of things I didn't know. I was skeptical about getting approved and during the nerve wrecking wait he joked around with me and made the wait bearable. I recommend getting a car from here and make sure Dan Manns takes care of you!!!
