I traded vehicles there on 11/25/17,still don't have my registration, they sold me a car they didn't even have the title for yet, the check for the pay off on the car I traded " got lost in the mail" supposedly. I spent a month on the phone going back and forth with the car lot and the bank that held my old car loan, it was finally paid off a few days ago,.I've been trying to speak with the owner of Serra, but he won't answer his phone,it goes to voicemail and then nothing. I just want him to be aware of the service I received at his lot, but I'm pretty sure he already knows how they operate.All I can say is they will never see me at their lot again,nor anybody that I speak with or know after I spread the word about dealing with Serra Chevrolet. I forgot to mention Max, the financial guy and Jerry the used car mgr., beware of them as well.

Buyer beware used cars. Test drove several with  transmission problem.  Daughter purchased one left her stranded within first week.  Refused money back even after learning thery had knowledge of transmission problem.  Only option to exchange.  Did that when we had a quick fix to do.  It was held together by a zip tie.  Less than 1 yr. For 6000.00 over 2000 In repairs needed.

After seeing many commercials I decided to trade my 2013 GMC Denali for a 2018 GMC Denali.  As one might expect I began to shop around: Memphis, Nashville, Jackson, Murray, and any GMC dealer within 500 miles.
As one might suspect, SERRA GMC of Jackson wanted the last chance to sell me a truck.  My salesman urged me to come see him and  ge would make it worth my while.  After five dealership quotes, prices, etc., etc, I decided to drive the 160 mile trip.  HUGE MISTAKE!
My salesman started our conversation as if we'd never spoke.  We had agreed that he had the truck, options, and the price would be worth my while to visit him in person so I would not shop his numbers. After 30 minutes of number swapping, him calling me a lie, fake numbers(I had a notebook of prices from a week of shopping)and stating my credit score (804+)was questionably, was I sure because "I've been told this before", I'd had enough.  His numbers were the same as when we talked on the phone the previous day.  He had me spend three hours on the road for the same price thinking once he got me there I might change my mind.
Please shoppers, don't fall for this tactic.  The price they quote you on thge phone will get worse, not better.  I've bought over 20 new vehicles over my 62 years and   was by far the worst I've been treated. Save yourself the experience such as mine and STAY AWAY.  Over the phone is all a buyer will get and going there is a wasted trip.

Terrible experience with the "Fast Lane" today. Made a 10:30 appointment for a tire rotation and an oil change. Dropped vehicle off at 10:30. Told service writer about the appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Said we'd be back in 1 hour. Came back at 11:30. Truck was just being pulled in. They changed the oil. Handed me the keys at 11:52 and never rotated the tires. Absolute terrible experience. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them in the last 4 years and have had regular oil changes there since the purchase. Won't be going there anymore though. 2016

An update: As par with the previous experience. My wife had a flat tire and I met her to change her tire. I got out all of the factory tire changing equipment. The jack came apart before it ever jacked up the truck. Serra's response. It's out of the 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty. Worst customer service EVER!!! Find a different dealership to buy from and get service from. One that will actually stand behind their products. 08/31/2017

I took my Acadia in for warranty work and they were expecting me, knew who I was and were quick to serve me. The waiting area was very comfortable and they got my vehicle in and out quickly. Very good experience!
