My husband and I had such a great experience with CarMax! We had an idea of what we wanted but we weren't completely sure. Our sales representative, Ashleigh was so helpful and very proactive. She had cars lined up for us to test drive and had another sent from a different location, considering we traveled from the Outer Banks this was super helpful. We came back to test drive our transfer and that ended up being the one! The process was very quick and effective. I would highly recommend to all friends and family!

I loved how we weren't bombarded as we walked on the property and greeted like human beings. I only went here to sell my car and wasn't interested in buying or trading in for another vehicle. They dealt what I needed to get done in a timely manner and made the process smooth. I made sure to complete their survey they sent to my email and gave an honest good review about my experience. Thank you Carmax!

I have had such a positive experience at this Carmax location.  I had a slight problem with my purchase but they really did a great job to "make it right" and I am a totally satisfied customer!!!  My salesperson, Mercedes, was amazing, Lauren from appraisals was so very helpful...Otto from service dept , Matthew (not even my salesperson, but still assisted me through the lot to locate cars), and Zach, the Sales Manager....amazing staff and I cannot praise them enough on their professionalism and their eagerness to be sure I left satisfied and happy with my purchase.  I would definitely give them a THUMBS UP referral if you are looking to buy a used car!

I loved working with CarMax! It was such a seamless process. My only complaint would be that the interior of my "new" car definitely could have cleaned/detailed better. I was a bit disappointed with that part.

We had a great experience at Carmax.  No pressure, great selection and great price.  The purchase process was easy, even down to the financing.  Bonnie was a wonderful salesperson and a great spokeswoman for the company.  We'll be back for our next car!
