I had been looking for months for just the right vehicle. I was introduced to Tommy Hancock and from the very first meeting he said he would get me taken care of. I didn't have any doubt that he would. Sure enough he tells me he found something that met my criteria but it was in another state. Honestly when I went down there I expected some run around like a lot of dealerships, but not here. They had the vehicle brought in from out of state and it was there on the lot ready to drive. Signed the paperwork and the deal was done! Everything was seamless and smooth. Even sitting waiting I overheard other sales staff dealing with customers and everyone was polite and did an amazing job. They definitely strive to take care of their customers and I will certainly be doing more business with Hall and Tommy in the future. Thank you.

I recently was involved in an accident resulting in a total loss of my vehicle, 2015 Honda Civic  :-(. I was dreading the thought of having to look for another vehicle and that whole process. Once I was ready to make that step, I contacted the same dealership where I purchased my original vehicle, Hall Honda in Virginia Beach, VA.  From the initial conversation with Karl Collins Jr., he made me feel comfortable with the process and did not pressure me or become a pushy car salesman. He was honest the entire time. Him and his team, Tiffani and Amanda conveyed excellent customer service, attentiveness, Courtesy and most of all Integrity. I matched my needs and wants with their knowledge and experience to finalize with the best deal for me and my budget. I am truly satisfied with my new vehicle, a 2018 Honda Civic Ex and rcccommend Hall Honda in Virginia Beach, Va. Ask for Karl Collins Jr.

I came into the dealership not planning to buy a car, and I left with the biggest smile on my face. The entire process was smooth and easy. They helped worked around my budget and got me a very beautiful car. They explained everything to me, they answered all of my questions, and they seemed to genuinely care about my needs.

I enjoy Hall Honda's service station and parts. The employees are honest and helpful they tend to your needs and educate you the service of your vehicle. At least this is what kind of experience I had while they serviced our vehicle. I would suggest this location to anyone. But I will remind you this is the dealership you can find cheaper work out there but the service station and parts department stand by their work.

When I came in to Hall, I was on my way to another dealership to finalize their offer. I had to see if Hall could get me a better deal and they did instantly. Everyone was super friendly, especially Shareena and I was driving off with my brand new car a few hours later for the price that I wanted it.
