My wife and I purchased a new Chevy Trax from Parks Chevrolet recently, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They clearly put a lot of effort into outstanding customer service and it shows. Shannon, our sales rep, was top notch. Direct, honest, and easy to work with. 

We told him what we were looking for and what our budget was, and from start to finish he worked to find something that would fit what we told him we were looking for and what our budget was. 

We were both extremely happy with the experience and when the time comes to purchase another vehicle we will definitely be going back.

Thank you Parks Chevrolet in Charlotte, I left that location with a Great big smile on my face and my Dream car the Chevy SS sedan. My sales rep. was Tito he was amazing and very professional, he answered all my questions and concerns.
I’ve bought a few New cars before at other dealerships and my experience was not so great, but this time things went so smoothly I felt very comfortable and safe giving out my information.
The finance manager Jeff was great also, he stayed within my budget and process my paper work quickly. I left that location very pleased with my New car.
Thank you again Parks Chevrolet for the amazing Customer Service and the experience.

Coming to Parks Chevrolet in Charlotte was a very personal experience to me as if I was royalty. Everyone on the service team and in sales spoke to me as if I had been coming there for years but it was my first visit. That really touched me and I’m letting all of my friends and family members know that if they ever need their cars worked on to go see Kelvin Leonard in service and Shannon Ferguson in sales to get them a nice new or reasonable priced used car. They are are valuable team at this dealership.

I enjoy having my vehicle serviced with Parks Chevrolet, if there is a problem after it's been serviced, they have no problem with trying to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. They are very accommodating to my needs. I just wish I could a bigger discount for being a loyal customer.

I walk in with my 2009 Chevrolet Impala LS for a recall but walked out with a 2018 Chevrolet Spark LS. I didn’t think I could drive or own brand new but Shannon Ferguson and The Parks Chevrolet Charlotte Staff said that they help me work things out. I thankful for them. They was truly a big help to me. They was determined and they didn’t leave any stones unturned. I am really enjoying my brand new car so much that I believe any possible with great help from people who give a care about you. God bless Shannon Ferguson and The Parks Chevrolet Charlotte Staff.
