I had been in search for car for almost 2-months and a very good friend of mine refer me to Crown Auto Sales and Finance. My interaction with Clarence and Melvin was impeccable. My buying experience was one the most pleasurable that I have had in a very long time. They far exceeded my expectations. They made sure that I was very well taking care of and I look forward to doing business with them again.

Just want to thank Mr Bryan for not only having a professional and humble attitude towards my situation he gave me an opportunity to drive away the same day and I only had what I came in with and still was treated with the highest manner of respect that I have ever encountered at a business in my life...I am not one to boast on one thing too much but I absolutely have to show love and respect to the good ppl at Crown Auto especially Mr. Bryan...thanks again😘😘 Courtney

Went in and let the guys know from the jump what my budget was and they said they could take care of what I needed from them. They tell me they were able to get me approved, test drove a car and was ready to see what number they could get me. After time wasted at the dealership they at first tried to make it seem they had done what they originally told me they could do and got me in a car at my budget, but soon found out they actually doubled what I told them my budget was. I didn't appreciate the time wasted because after telling him that price wasn't going to work he then tells me there would be no way for him to get me in a car at my budget. That's something you say at the beginning of the conversation when a customer tells you what they have to work with. You don't hijack their time in hopes I'm not paying attention to what's going on. The car was marked up $3000 above kbb value for the car and they claim there was nothing they could have done to bring their final number down. I was able to find the same car 3 years newer with 30k less miles on it that next week for over $100 less a month than crown auto. Hope this helps your decision making process.

Marcus and Mr. Clarence are the perfect example of great salesmen. I was only getting the run around from other dealerships, but all of that went out the window when I met Marcus and Mr. Clarence. They processed my application, approved me and had me in my 2007 Jeep Cherokee Laredo before I could even question me being able to qualify or get approved. The only thing that held me up was hurricane Irma delaying my insurance. My mom even had a flat tire while we were there and the made a call to the shop next door and helped us get a new one. They stood by everything they told me and promised me I would be leaving in a car that day and that is exactly what happened. Thank you so much Marcus and Mr. Clarence!! I really appreciate all that you did for me. You will definitely be seeing more of me and my family!! Thank you guys!!

This Company sold me a flooded car! 
The car ended up breaking down on the highway after months! I purchased a warranty from these crooks that I couldn't use. The Company is ghetto and their cars are some garbage! My credit report is damaged all because of I did business with them. Plus one of the managers stated that they were recording me without my knowledged... Which is illegal. I would stay away from this company.
