Barry helped us get our first car! Adams Auto Group had a wonderful selection and was a great dealership to work with! I give the place 4 stars because of their salesman Barry.. Barry is absolutely a phenomenal gentle person and so easy to work with sales tactics.. What a great guy and what a nice place to go look at vehicles.. These people have an incredible selection of vehicles. So,  the only thing I would say is that you better pay close attention to the cars you're buying when buying used... 
   I say this because one of the vehicles I looked at had definitely been in a flood there were seashells and sand all through the motor compartment in every little crack and crevice you could possibly think of... but that car could have swam over from Germany itself for all I know:-).. or the previous owners may have used it for a aquarium .. but, it was only that one car.. All the rest is the vehicles I looked at was beautiful and in Great shape.. I did not buy the car there because I am cheap.. lol ... I live a good distance from Charlotte and I wanted to look at all the vehicles I had driven over a hundred miles to see and I ended up settling on a cheaper deal... Otherwise I would have bought theirs:-)..

GREAT SERVICE!!! MICHAEL HELPED ME OUT WITH A AWESOME DEAL ON A HONDA CIVIC!!
Edit: The titles person told me that he would be registering my car for me in South Carolina. He told me that I would receive my license plates in the mail. So far it has been 3 months and I have not received my plates in the mail. I have contacted them many times and I don't get a clear answer back.
2nd Edit: Finally got resolved. Still took too many months to get my license plates.

After finding a car I liked on CarGurus, I requested additional information. I made an appointment to come in after work at 5. I had already submitted my credit application and intended to purchase this vehicle immediately. Upon arriving to the N Tryon location at precisely 450, I signed in and the gentleman I had been in contact with quickly introduced himself and handed me keys to the car, stating he would be with me in a few moments. After sitting in the car by myself for 40 minutes, I walked back inside, handed the receptionist the keys and went to my truck. The salesman shortly followed and apologized stating, he was helping other people who came in. 
I generally try to give everyone a fair chance, even with reading negative reviews before hand I still decided to proceed. With that being said, if you’re reading this and wondering if the reviews are true, they absolutely are. If you are like me and chance it.. good luck! 
Advice to management: stress the importance of quality costumer service and time management to your employees.
Update: I have received several calls from the original salesman as well as other sales/management personnel apologizing. Although it does not change the incident, I do appreciate them taking the time to make an effort to rectify the situation and prevent it from happening in the future.

Amazing service and overall great experience. My husband and I spoke with Michael R. and expressed interest in a specific car. He worked with us to ensure we got the vehicle we wanted at the price we desired. He made the process very easy and quick. I would recommend Michael at Adams Auto Group for any automobile purchases. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase.
