When my husband & I came into your store thank goodness we weren't bombarded by pushy salespeople. Amy asked what we were looking for & showed us where the mattress sets were. She explained each brand to us then left us alone to try out each one. She said if we needed help just holler for her. She came back a few times to check on us & offer water or soda. At no time did we feel pressured. We did find a mattress & asked for a price on a regular base & adjustable base. WOW...Did we get a great deal with the mattress & adjustable base. It came with a 10yr warranty too. I would highly recommend Carolina Furniture Concepts. I personally waited to do this survey so I could see how well delivery & set up went. The delivery men were so nice. We were impressed with the professionalism of all aspects of this purchase. We will definitely go here the next time we need or want to buy furniture. Thank you.

Our sales person, Amy, was great! She was very knowledgeable of the products and worked well with us on a package price for our furniture needs. The customer service was awesome. Carolina Furniture Concepts has a large selection of nice quality furniture. We were able to take care of our immediate needs in one location! Thanks Amy!

We had the best experience, Amy was great. She made sure everything went smoothly, since we are moving across country. She went out of her way to make sure we will have our furniture when we arrive. She gave us a great deal on top of that. I highly recommend them Thank you Jamie

We loved our shopping experience at Carolina Furniture Concepts. The showroom was beautiful and the quality of the furniture and accessories was amazing. There were many friendly faces and warm welcomes as we walked into the store willing to help us however they could. Our salesperson, Parker, was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and patient. He gladly spent the time with us that we needed to make an informed decision and never acted impatient or like he wanted to leave us to go to someone else even after a good amount of time looking at many pieces. Thanks to the CFC store and personnel, especially Parker and the store manager Perry. We will definitely be returning to buy some more of their beautiful furniture :)

If you need assistance in your purchase, I recommend design consultant Michael Parker. He is professional, experienced and very patient with customers. I finally bought the sofa that I have been looking at for a couple of months now. I just couldn't make my mind up if I wanted to choose a fabric for the new sofa or select something already in the store. He encouraged me to do whatever I wanted and it didn't phase him that I was going back and forth with a decision. I will definitely buy from this store again and use the same consultant. I didn't feel any pressure to buy in a hurry.
