We ordered a complete master bedroom set, complete guest bedroom set, a table and 8 chairs. The quality of the furniture is unbelievable AND the prices are great! I spent hours at the store trying to make a decision and Nikol's patience with me was amazing!! Since I had never purchased Amish furniture I had so many questions and she explained every answer in great detail. The entire staff in this store is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home and with no pressure!! My furniture is absolutely beautiful and I can't imagine ever buying from any other store than Amish Oak & Cherry. P.S. The delivery guys are friendly and amazing too.

They just delivered my two desks, two file cabinets, a glider and ottoman, and a sofa table from Amish Oak & Cherry, and I couldn't be happier with it all.  John and the staff took excellent care of me, and the furniture was even more beautiful than I'd hoped.  Wonderful place to shop, well worth the wait for true quality furniture.

I requested info online.  Received an email back that said they would contact me shortly, but not to respond to the email myself.  In the meantime, I bought two custom-made nightstands from a Vermont-made company.  Oh, well.  I have no idea what to say about the quality of their furniture, but the quality of their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Called them to ask for an item, they said they will call back shortly but no one called. They need to improve on their customer service for sure!
