They refused to address a manufacturing defect with the Brittney sofa and chaise and have terrible customer service. I asked the salesperson about this common complaint on their website and they told me not to worry and lied about the quality to make a sale. I’ve called customer service many times and even though their repair people cannot fix the issue and have failed to fully address the issue, they will not replace the sofa for a better model. I feel deceived, taken advantage of and stuck with this furniture that I’ve only had for a little over a year...that no one barely sits on. Also, a lot of customers report deceptiveness  with the 5 year warranty so that made me hesitant to buy it. Furniture is an investment and should not come apart when sat on by regular sized people.  Beautiful furniture but not built to last and not the best quality.

Bought couch and had it for two hours. We decide we wanted to change colors and they wanted to charge 25% charge to change out couch after we just paid $2700. Buyer Beware!!!

Customer Service here is the worst..No Matter What you should never be rube just bc u having a bad day..The sales lady was very busy and really dry. After purchasing our sons bed she say the warehouse is out of rails and it would a month before they are delivered. Her attitude was really I don't care if you do or don't... We also purchased to items on sale had to wait 30 mins before getting help in the back when I called Heather was very nasty said that the help they had was it and rudely said we needed to wait or come back. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN..THEY CAN CARE LESS AS A COMPANY..BC CLEARLY NO ONE IS READING THESE REVIEWS!

Their warranties are a waste of money. Bought $2000 worth of furniture that fell apart due to workmanship and no one wants to give us a straight answer on getting it replaced.
