We purchased living room furniture from Goods at Hickory Furniture Mart and it is absolutely gorgeous! The quality is amazing and all for a great price. Marc Watson was our sales rep and he helped us pick the perfect style and color scheme. I highly recommend Marc at Goods . Take photos of your rooms and spend time shopping there. We are more than happy with our furniture and beautifully decorated home.

I had such a great experience at the Hickory Furniture Mart. Quality furniture at reasonable price. I went around the mart with Teresa for 2 days and was able to buy furniture for my living room, dining room and family room. She is exceptionally good. Tracey scheduled me with Teresa and I cannot say enough good things about Tracey and Teresa's customer service! Tracey, Teresa and BJ were all fantastic.  If you value your time, there is no better place to find exactly what you want in just one or two days. Selection and customization options are infinite. If you are looking for quality furniture this is the place.  Strongly recommend working with Tracey (the General Manager) and Teresa (Personal Shopper) on planning your trip, visit, and shopping.  This place is so big, you need help finding your way around and going to exactly what you want.  They are great and will make your experience so much fun!

After visiting two stores in Charlotte and not having a good experience (the store also has a location in this building), I ended up buying all my home furnishings from other stores located in the Furniture Mart.

The place is HUGE, but everyone is there to help. Thinking it would take 2-3 days, it only took one. Everyone was great and recommended me to other stores if they didn’t have what I wanted, which was nice and honest. 
Great experience overall! 

The place just needs a little paint on the inside and updated restrooms...!

The mart is nice. I was expecting it to be bigger which at the end was good because it wasn't too overwelming. Lady at entrance desk was nice. Some sales people were nice and personable but there were a few stores where you wonder if they were really trying to sell at all, not even say bother to greet. Prices were good compared to same stores but in other locations. Overall a fine experience and will be back!

My wife and I had such a great experience at the Hickory Furniture Mart.  Really great people and no pressure sale.  Tracey, Teresa, BJ and Rick were all fantastic.  If you value your time, I can't image a better place to find exactly what you want in just one or two days.  The selection and styles are infinite.  If you are looking for quality furniture this is the place.  Strongly recommend working with Tracey (the General Manager) and Teresa (Personal Shopper) on planning your trip, visit, and shopping.  This place is so big, you need help finding your way around and going to exactly what you want.  They are great and will make your experience so much fun!
