Pleasant experience purchasing my used vehicle, not pushy like most dealerships. My sales representative Tom T. was a pleasure to work with as well as the GM Greg and the Finance manager Mike. I was pretty happy with the deal I got and the finance rate. Tom took his time going through the details of the vehicle before having me sign anything! The whole purchase transaction was pretty quick, under 45 minutes! I will definitely be coming back to  CHoNL for my next vehicle purchase!

BEST EXPERIENCE BUYING ANY CAR EVER!!! JERROLD WINFUL SALES MANAGER, WAS PRETTY MUCH AMAZING, HE ALONG WITH CHRIS MADE MY EXPERIENCE AND PURCHASING PROCESS EASY AND SMOOTH AS I TRAVELED TO NEW LONDON FROM WEST HARTFORD CT. I FELT AS IF I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND FAIR IN REGARDS TO MY PURCHASE. STAFF INCLUDING JERROLD WERE FRIENDLY, POLITE AND ACCOMMODATING TO MY NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS. PRICE OF MY CAR WAS PRICED APPROPRIATE TO YEAR, MODEL AND VALUE, AND JERROLD WORKED EFFECTIVELY TO MEET MY NEEDS. I HAVE RECOMMENDED AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND COLLEAGUES TO THIS DEALER, ESPECIALLY TO JERROLD TO HAVE A SMOOTH EASY TRANSITION WHEN LOOKING TO BY A CAR. My entire experience was fantastic dealing with Carriage House Mercedes-Benz starting off with my wonderful sales woman Katie Burrell, she was extremely knowledgeable, assisted me with all of my wants and needs for my new vehicle. Both sales managers Jerrold Winful and Scott Carrington were the best! They also went above and beyond to get me the vehicle that I wanted as well as the price I was looking to be at. The finance manager Michael Lehmann had the personality like no other, he was great! Everyone at this dealership starting off with the receptionist made me feel overall very comfortable and like I was at home. This was definitely my best vehicle purchase as well as overall customer service experience I have had through out all of my Mercedes-Benz experiences. Thank you all once again for everything!
