O'Reilly Auto Parts

Best place in the area for misc automotive needs. I'm already in the industry selling parts, I come here for what my company doesn't carry or what I need right away. I've been going there since right after they opened, much better than the existing places around! Their specials & rebates are front & center, they don't mind helping with sale items to get you the best deal. They also get to know their regulars a bit, I have a great sarcastic rapport with some of them. Some prices are higher than other stores, but I'm typically ok with that because when I leave there I feel confident about them & don't feel like I want to sue for those last sore moments of my life back. Since others are mentioning who they dealt with, I'll say Michael is my favorite. He's helpful, but goofy too. Just awesome to deal with. Great job, guys! I'm happy the company expanded into this area. :-)

I went to get some parts that I needed for my car. I was very confused about what I needed. But they were very helpful and explained. It was a good experience. I think that the person that helped me was named "Kenneth." He explained to me what I needed and what it would do to help my car. He was very helpful. Thanks to him my car is better.

Ordered online, they had my hard to find tool in stock and ready for pickup within 5 minutes of ordering. This is the way online order/pickup in store was designed to be. A+++

I needed windshield washer tubing to fix a leak.. The salesperson came out to the car in the rain, took off the heat shield, saw that it was only a connection that had come loose, fixed it and even dumped out all the acorns the mice left behind. He put put the shield back on and wouldn't charge me. I'm sorry I diidn't get his name but he's the guy with the goatee. Pleasant great service. Thanks!!
