Had a great experience with Aaron Ziegler. Stayed late when I wanted to come back and try a few more cars and ended up buying my great new Ford Escape. He called and checked in to make sure all was good and when there was a small issue with a tire they fixed it free of charge no trouble.
No haggle pricing and easy search tool made it much less stressful and no pressure.

Best experience of buying a car we've had. Low pressure, knowledgeable, kind people and a good selection of vehicles. Very happy with trade in value as well. Tim Gray was our sales person and we recommend him.

I had a great experience at CarSense in Hatfield, PA.  My salesman was Aaron Ziegler and he was a pleasure to work with.  I saw a car I liked online and he responded very quickly to my inquiry and helped me through the early process of applying online to buy the car I liked.  CarSense allowed me to place a refundable deposit on the vehicle until I could come in and take it for a test drive and make a final decision.  All the staff at CarSense Hatfield were very friendly and helpful.  If you are looking to buy a used car, definitely check what CarSense has available.

I had such a wonderful experience there with a gentleman named Joel. He really helped me out a lot and was not a pushy salesman. He was very honest with the information that he gave me. Did not give me the run around like a few other salesman did. I would recommend people to go to him when they need help in purchasing a car in the future. Thank you again for all of your help!

Working with Jared, Bumper & the rest of the CarSense Hatfield Team was one of the best car buying experience I ever had.  I am one to spend an entire day at a dealership negotiating price.  Obviously, I did not with CarSense.  Initially I was hesitant but was surprised (pleasantly) that I really didn’t feel the need to do so.  You get a lot from CarSense with your vehicle purchase, from a great selection of quality vehicles, finance options, and additional services that many other dealers either do not offer, or over charge the customer.  

You have a Team of Professional’s at the Hatfield location that understand customer focus & satisfaction are paramount to their success.  Their goal is to get it right & make sure their customers are happy.  They are not in it for the quick buck but rather building a long-term relationship with their clients.  Plus, their vehicles are priced competitively & are of very high quality. 
 
I would give 10 Stars if I could.   Thanks again Jared, Bumper & Hatfield Team for the great experience and service!
