Remember this dealership from almost two decades ago; dedicated to serve the client as best they could. How things change... On the service side, cannot trust them anymore; say they are going to do one thing(and get my authorization), then go ahead and do something non-related and charge thru the roof. When I try to get an explanation, the arrogance of the service adviser is hard to describe. On the sales and financial services side similar thing; the attitude is "take the money and run...". Never again...

I was only there for information on a new model coming out. The sales man I approached was very hard working to present what little information he had. I was impressed with the sincerity in considering future business.

Very organized, the vehicle we requested to view was undercover on a rainy day. Jamie was excellent. He was very patient with our kids (3 young ones) and made sure they were safe on the test drive. He promptly followed up post viewing and was professional. Definitely recommend.

Bought a beautiful Malibu LTZ from Carter GM in Sept and was very happy with my purchase.
Noticed a few minor issues with the vehicle and the sales manager took care of everything very swiftly and assured customer satisfaction.
Customer service based dealership with a great deal of concern for customer satisfaction.
I would recommend Carter GM for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and multi point check and was very satisfied with the service and friendly and honest staff in the service department. 

I will continue doing business with this well run establishment.

Had been looking at a few different trucks over the month and ended up at carter gm one morning. Jamie came out while I was browsing and shows me an amazing z71 Colorado. By that afternoon I was driving it home and couldn't be happier. 5 stars for Jamie and the team from start to finish amazing service and great prices.
