Had a great experience at this dealership this past week buying my first car since moving to Canada. Bob was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process explaining everything clearly to me and was also very patient with me in the test drive getting used to driving on the opposite side of the road! Nothing hidden and all questions answered felt very comfortable throughout so thank  you Bob. 
Sabrina guided me effortlessly through the financing process and is probably one of the friendliest people I've ever met. Was on hand after the purchase to answer all my queries after I left the dealership which is greatly appreciated.
 All around great experience with Bob and Sabrina highly recommend to all.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! The BEST car dealership I have ever dealt with.  Shopping for a car whether used or new can be energy draining, frustrating and overwhelming. I never felt pressured to purchase anything upon walking in, and Bob was very patient answering all the questions we had! Bob and his incredible team went above and beyond to make our experience as smooth and stress-free as possible even despite some glitches. Bob was very knowledgeable in their products and vehicles and an absolute pleasure to work with! We drove off with our brand new HRV and my husband and I love it! Thank you so much Bob and the Carter Honda team :)

I recently bought a 2017 CRV at Carter Honda and could be happier. When I first walked in I was greeted by Aryan who was very knowledgeable, friendly and transparent through out the entire purchasing process. I took my time deciding and Aryan was not pushy nor did he attempt to up sell on things I did not need. The staff is accommodating and extremely friendly. I highly recommend Carter Honda and Aryan for any Honda or used car purchases. Thanks Aryan and Carter Honda.

Great experience overall with Carter Honda! Stephen was very knowledgeable in test drives and helpful when we're deciding which car to buy. He gave us a great price on our trade-in vehicle too. They weren't too pushy with selling, unlike Toyota from which we bought our previous car. I would definitely recommend Carter for anyone wanting to buy a Honda.

Even though I did not buy my car from Carter Honda originally, I took it in to them to facilitate the end of lease process since they are close to my workplace. I had a fabulous experience and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I wish I had originally purchased my car from them seeing how seamless my experience was. I will definitely head to Carter Honda when I am in the market for my next Honda. Thank you Keenan Sawatsky, Lyle Oxcino and Alex Lam for your help.
