This was one of the best truck buying experiences we have ever had. We were looking for a particular truck and when we called, Paul Moreno took down the specs and said he would get right back. He did, he found the truck, had it brought to Ron Cater the next day and then held it for us as we were leaving the country for a week. When we returned the paperwork process was quick and efficient. Everything was exactly as promised, no “smoke and mirrors”. It was so refreshing to purchase a vehicle without all of the games! Oh, and equally important, it was the best price in Texas, we know we had been pricing for 2 weeks before we found Paul!

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The dealship has beautiful vehicles on lot, and was not hard for me to find my dream “mom car” for a AWESOME price! My salesman Richard was so helpful. I told him my budget and not long after that I was driving off the lot in EXACTLY what I wanted for the a price that I basically picked! Couldn’t be happier with my car, my buying experience at the dealership, and especially my salesman Richard!

Amazing experience! The building is clean and modern. The entire process was friendly. Our sales person Jose Torres was very professional. He offered us water immediately which we appreciated. He guided us through the process and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend Ron Carter!

Our salesperson was Andre Scott. He is an awesome guy: personable, knowledgeable, and energetic. He helped make my purchase easy. He does a wonderful job at Ron Carter Ford. THANK YOU, ANDRE! You're the best!

My Sales Rep Mike Owens was awesome.  He took me serious with my offer, even though I texted him and eventually called.  He came back with a fair offer and we closed the next day.  All I wanted was a fair lease price and he provided it instantly.  Prior to him, I discussed leasing an explorer with 5 other dealers and they were playing games or were not taking me serious. I was going back and forth for 6 weeks before talking to Mike.  He was efficient, fair, and extremely courteous.    Even after the deal was complete, he made sure I understood how to use all the features on the car.
