Ferking Sucks services. And the lady name is Seranza is really bad service. So never mind. No more Cartier. Why there is no zero star.

I called the store to get my Cartier watch polished. I gave the person on the phone my watch model and he said that they can do it but they will have to send it to Texas to get it done. So I drove from Redondo beach to Costa Mesa to drop off the watch. The lady in the store who barely spoke english told me that they cant do it because those models of watches cant be polished. I explained to her that I have spoken with a person who works there and he said that I could. She said he is not here today!!!! BAD SERVICE AND PEOPLE WHO WORKS THERE ARE FULL OF .......
