The worst customer service. We bought brand new Kenmore washer and dryer machines 4 months ago. After 2 months the washer got damage. It's unbelievable for us a brand new washer got out of service after just 2 months use. We thought that sears customer service is responsible for this issue but now after 2 months it is still out of service. Sears home service sent 4 technicians but no one can fix that and the sears customer service does not accept to replace the machine with new one. We paid $1440 for laundry but We don't have any in our hands. Don't waste your money and your time.

Mother in-law bought me wrong size pants and shirt for the holiday . Cant return it.. Dont have the receipt and she bought it on her visa card.. In order to return the items i would have to get her credit credit and she lives out of state. I am grateful to her for thinking of me but this is a lot of work for cheap Chinese goods. Thank you sears for making her sad, hope you go out of business soon.

This store has the worst management among the Orange County stores, the training of the associates seems to be poor, as a handful of the associates I have dealt with at various times and even years, most seem to have poor or sub-standard attitudes. I would even suggest that they are lazy, unmotivated, deflective and unwilling to help, and this testimony is based upon various (numerous) occasions. I don't believe it comes directly from the employees alone, it has to be the management. Other than that, this store (South Coast Plaza) is very large, fairly clean, has a great selection, and good quality products, and good prices. I personally want SEARS to "survive", and become more successful, but the employees at this store are lacking skill, courtesy, professionalism, knowledge about their own systems, and they have a general bad attitude. I refuse to shop there unless I have to, and have chosen to shop SEARS of Orange instead.

Sears has seriously gone down in the past years. The service was almost nonexistent, not surprised though, it looked like a ghost town. The quality of everything with the exception of appliances seems like its terrible now.
