If I could give them 0 stars, I would.  We  ordered a sofa from them 3 months ago, were told it would take a month or so to build. Then got a call saying that they shipped it to the wrong side of the COUNTRY (e.g. Maryland, we're in CA). We were told it would be a week or two to get to us. It has now been A MONTH AND A HALF, with no update, and no sign of the sofa. They don't care about their customers, DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Before I will say what I want to say, I have to offer context and preface it with disclosing that I am very, very, very picky, and therefore not easy to please. I believe that consumers deserve the absolute best (and they seek it) best products, best services. If we do not find what we seek in one business, we take our hard earned dollars elsewhere. Having said that, during my last visit to Costa Mesa's location of Crate & Barrel, I was completely and pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and wholehearted willingness to please me (and others) that I observed in Arron Weisel. We have been shopping at Crate & Barrel and similar stores since 1992, and this is the single, absolute best shopping experience we have had in 26 years of shopping!!! I am very tough, but i am fair. When complaint is due, I offer it, but when a compliment has been earned, I offer it enthusiastically!!!

Walked around the store for 20+ minutes. I was not greeted and not one person bothered to ask me if I needed help finding anything.
