Love this Nordstrom location. Great restaurant and Men's suit selection. Most Nordstrom carry only a few suits in my size, this location had a very nice selection of highend suits and sport coats. Super easy to return a sport coat I bought online.

Okay, I'm not a huge fan of Nordstrom.. but I will admit this one is nice. It is large, but truthfully, it seems wasteful of its space. Organization seems clean but uninspired. Expect the high prices typical of the brand. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I visited TopShop yesterday. I can not find right size. but Manikin's size was perfect. I asked Assistant manager that I want try. She said She needs to find from Marketing Designer. However, She seems to not try hard to finding Marketing Designer. Took 15 minutes. I said Please hold for me. I will back by an hour. When I back, She did not prepare. She said If I buy it. She will. Excuse me. If I do not try it. Why I knew I can buy or not. This is retail not online. She is management. I could not understand this level of Service. Used be, I love to visit SouthCoast Plaza. Now, Westfield Century City or Fashion Island Nordstrom are much more exclusive service. Nordstrom South Coast Plaza need to train basic.

If I could give 0 stars I would but I can’t. Went in to return a gift for my fiancé while she was at work, which turned into the most disrespectful conversation with a Manager in Charge I have ever had thus far. Went in to return a pair of jeans, as previously mentioned, with a Nordstrom tag and everything, but was unable because I did not have the receipt, due to the fact that it was a gift. The Manager in Charge named > Will
