This place is so inspirational it makes me want to buy it all and run home to decorate. You can get some good deals if you check the clearance section.

We ordered a custom/sectional sofa. Told multiple times it is coming and then they are a no show. Customer service and warehouse put you on hold over and over again.  No one seems to know what is going on.  No one is accountable and they could care less about customer satisfaction.  Will never purchase anything from them again.  Please do not use this company.  They should not be in business when they treat customers so poorly!

Phenomenal customer service on Tuesday 12/28. They really went out of their way to make sure we left happy with what we wanted. Store was fairly busy, but three associates (one who was off) helped us get exactly what we wanted. Although it's 99 minutes from my house, I'll be back!

worst customer service... also I was on hold for 10 minutes and still waiting for my order to arrive. They never call back and seems very disorganized.
