My husband and I had a specific vehicle we were shopping for to meet our family needs. When calling Frankel Acura to inquire about a vehicle we saw online, we spoke with Chelsey Cate. She was professional and friendly and scheduled a time for  us to come look at the vehicle. 

Upon arrival, she greeted us and never once was pushy with the vehicle sale. She took her time and answered all our questions. 

We have two small children and the staff at Frankel Acura were very accommodating and courteous to meet our needs during the entire process from the very beginning. 

Mr. Frankel, Mr. Guy and the entire staff were all very nice and offered us the best customer service and pricing. 

We have bought three vehicles from Frankel Acura and highly recommmend their dealership. Frankel Acura stands out from other dealerships. They establish a trustworthy relationship with their customer(s) from the very beginning and continue that relationship even after the vehicle is purchased. They follow through with their promises and always put their customer's needs first. 

Thank you Chelsey Cate for assisting us with our vehicle purchase for our family. You were awesome and we appreciate all the time you gave us in making sure we were happy. You went above and beyond meeting our expectations.

I wanted to share my experience with Frankel Acura when purchasing my 2017 MDX last week.  I have always bought my cars new and was very surprised to have the BEST service I have ever experienced when buying my first Acura.  Ron Schneider couldn't have been more up front, hassle free and pleasant to deal with.  We had all of our negotiations done in a clear and honest way.  By the time the deal was done and my car was delivered, I walked in, signed the papers and was on the road in 1 hour!

The Sales Associate that my wife and I worked with at Frankel Acura was Dean Barber.  Dean was very professional and courteous.  He explained the car functions both in the showroom and our test drive.  He was a pleasure to deal with.  Also, 2 days after taking delivery, I stopped back at the dealership in the morning because of low pressure tire indicator light was on  and Dean went right to service and arranged for service to correct the tire pressure.  Great service.  Dean also offered any follow-up assistance that I might need; re: technical functions of the car.  I would like also to add that everyone we encountered at Frankel was professional and courteous at all times.

Riding out in my brand new car from Frankel Acura is a huge relief. Thank you Frankel Acura. You helped me find a way to get something reliable for the first time in my life. That is why I will forever respect you guys. Thank you Frankel Acura from the bottom of my heart.

I want you to know what a good job they do at Acura. Matt Mowry met me as soon as I pulled in.  The work was done promptly and perfectly, and Matt escorted me back to my car.  He is most professional and friendly. And of course Mandy is always a delight to deal with.
