I bought a Toyota Camry SE from here. I have previously bought cars from many other places. I was amazed by how fast the buying process was, from my previous experiences i was expecting it to take a couple hours. I had Mike Thornton and Tim Kempa help me, Thank You very much for everything! I definitely recommend Bill Kidd's Toyota. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have always had my Toyota's serviced at Bill Kidd's. The staff is friendly, honest and professional. I bought a new car last July and the whole process was quick and easy! If you are looking for exceptional customer service and a fair price Bill Kidd's is the place!

We went in to buy a car and ended up buying two! The staff is super friendly and super professional... from the very beginning to the very end. I feel we got an excellent deal and I would definitely recommend them.

It's always hard to live a buying experience, but Tim and Andy made this one pleasant for me and my mother-in-law. Great vehicle for a very reasonable price, without pressured sales tactics. Helped that we knew what we wanted, having done feature and price homework.

Our experience this week with Elliot Evianiak was wonderful. We hold onto cars for a very long time; the Highlander Hybrid that we just purchased is our 3rd new car in our almost 20 years of marriage. Our last car purchase experience 3 years ago at a different Toyota dealership was a horrible experience; truly onerous and exasperating from the moment we started the process at [that] dealership. Our second car has also been in need of replacement, but due to that experience 3 years ago, we kept pushing off having to go through another car buying experience. But this was the summer that it needed to happen. As we always have done, we do our research – thoroughly – to decide on the car we want to purchase, which features we would like to have, price points, etc. We started out with a TrueCar search and quote via USAA to get the ball rolling, and had received several emails from dealerships. As we went through them one by one, we found out that many were reporting vehicles as “in stock” that were not actually on the lot and that we would not be able to test drive, and we were being coaxed to come in to test drive another model or car. Elliot's personal email to us was not the first we received, but it was the first with the spec sheet, and when speaking with him on the phone, he confirmed the vehicles we wanted to look at were on-site and invited us to come in; no double-talk, no coaxing or enticing. We got to the lot a bit sooner than anticipated, and Elliot wasn't in the showroom – as it turns out, this was due to his arranging for the cars we wanted to see being brought up to the front of the lot, all ready for us to test drive - impressive! Throughout our test drive, looking at other models for comparison, pulling up comparative spec sheets, there was never any pressure, never any rush, and as soon as we were ready to move forward, Elliot was ready with the next step we needed to complete and had Andy in finance primed and ready to start the financing process as soon as we decided to buy. Nothing ever felt sales-pitchy or pushy. Elliot recognized we had done our homework and knew what we wanted. He presented us with options, answered our questions expediently and made sure that the process continued smoothly with as little waiting time as possible between all the steps. This could not have been a more opposite experience from our last car purchase. We walked into this dealership skeptical that we would find the car that we wanted without compromise and a long, painful experience, and we left the dealership with Elliot still by our side - just a few hours later - in the car we wanted, and feeling really good about our purchase. Truly, Elliot is a model for how to facilitate a positive car-buying experience. His care, attention to detail and commitment is exceptional; thank you, Elliot, for all of your efforts and help in our purchase of our new Highlander Hybrid!
