I went in for chest pains at 5 pm and wasn’t seen until 730pm around 10 they stuck me in a room took blood and said I will be getting a heart stress test. Well at 2 am they moved me to another room and left me there. I never had test. I was yelling for a nurse to help me with bed that I was in so I could use restroom, that took a hour. I chose to leave after that. If you have chest pains I recommend you go to another hospital

I would only go to the hospital if it was an emergency situation broken arm ,broken leg ,bleeding to death . Once you're admitted into a room of the hospital you'll wait 15 to 20 hours to have any test run as simple as a CT scan. The one attending doctor on my floor was spoken upon by the nurses as if he were the only internist in half of the hospital. They will do everything they can to keep you comfortable once you're in a room they will give you pain meds they will make you comfortable but ,as far as diagnosing you getting test run you will sit there for days and days and days and I left with no diagnosis whatsoever after 3 days. After 32 hours of no food I demanded they give me an IV drip with nutrients in it aside from just a saline drip. I finally told the nurses pack my things I'm leaving I have had enough of this foolishness ! Only then was I taken seriously & things were put into motion and then I was started to be told what was going on! You must stand up for yourself in this Hospital you must tell them what you expect and you must tell them what you must have done. Having to tell the doctor what to give me . As far as pain meds also. The nausea medicine they were giving me was making me sick with headaches I also had to have that changed you have to be in control. And more than one situation I had to contact the doctor and ask can you give me this can you give me that what is wrong with you ? If you have all the time in the world to lay in a hospital bed flat on your back and wait days for testing to be done you will like this Hospital. They had no idea if my appendix were about to rupture they had no idea what was going on with my abdomen or my stomach because I had to wait over 20 hrs. to have the gastro. tests run. I had absolutely no faith in my doctor ! I honestly don't care if I'm extremely comfortable if I'm going to lay there and die in the bed waiting for test to be done. At one point while being rolled in for one of the test the technicians were talking about the fact that they were leaving that hospital because they didn't value the employees they had. And he was the attending tech for the gastroenterologist. Sad State of Affairs I would never let any of my elderly family be treated at that hospital. And to top off the insult the day after I left the hospital still in the same pain I went in with, I get an electronic recorded phone call from the hospital asking how my stay was to take a survey!!!!! HOW utterly obnoxious!!!

The nurses are rude house supervisor tells me if I leave my room to go look out the window they would sign me out ama and that's it legal for them to do that a doctor can not order a patient discharged ama doctor must continue the treatment that your receiving and by Nevada law if a patient is forced to leave a hospital ama by the house supervisor and the hospital they can and will be held accountable to anything that happens to you and you should inform the local news and file a complaint against the house supervisor and the hospital Nevada state law will protect you from that if it happens to you or anyone from your family and friends

It's an ER, so when you go in there, it's likely you're having the worst day of your life. Understanding this and knowing that emergency rooms experience unexpected fluctuations in how busy they get, I give them 5 stars. I've had good experiences, excellent experiences, and one not so good experience with one specific nurse, so I don't even want to factor him into this review. Overall, I've been extremely happy with the care we have received here. Clean, comfortable, triage is spot on, etc...
