The experience I had in the ER was absolutely awful. Next time ill be taking my daughter elsewhere. 1 star because the lady who took my insurance was the sweetest but everyone else were just so rude. Disappointed because I actually held this hospital at a higher standard. I had my daughter in this hospital. The L&D nurses are just amazing. The problem is most of the ER staff. They were horrible. So unless im having a baby ill be going to sunrise for any emergency.

I Will Never be back Plus switch my Physicians that only practice at this Hospital. I was brought in by Ambulance on New Years Eve and within 10 minutes transferred to the ICU / Cardiac Unit. I thought wow amazing speed and as I was hoping to get my pain alleviated and the root cause of my problem identified. After finally getting out of this Filthy too busy to care "Hospital" next time I prefer the local Vet. First the Room I was in was a Dual occupancy and the person with me was in pain and was just a jerk to the nurses, the person that was with him and everyone that came in contact with him. In The Room - The Guy would wait until the Nurse just left the room and urinate on the floor (which would be wiped up with paper each time for the next several days without cleaning materials involved (a guy came through with what looked like a push broom and barely touched the room.. My Roommate wanted Cards - the Nurse told him she did not have any. The he asked for Liquor - Again he was told no - so not to quit there he indirectly asked for a BJ and the nurses laughingly ignored him - at that point I would have thrown him out. He also made statements unintelligible about me and when I notified the staff that I did not feel physically safe in the room I was ignored. Had I felt better I would have called the police - since the Hospital security seems incompetent. After a few days I was moved to a Regular Room - Great I thought now I could get some rest. There was a shower, however the curtain had so much mould I would not let my skin touch it (I'm glad I took Pictures). At times it would be over 3 hours before I would see anyone. It seemed like all mattresses in this hospital were Plastic (on miserable Old beds) on which you will get hot and sweat and then lie there in a soaking wet cold sheet. Other problems like medication lists being carried forwards between departments, being told they were just too busy to call in a prescription, etc. were all part of a horrible HR Stay. Refuse This Hospital as they provide few services other than (most likely) a great billing department for their exorbitant CEO salaries.

Violence and extreme ano outrageous conduct beyond civilized decency. Dr. David Hart, Russell P Clark and the entire ER staff have an area where they enjoy egregious abuse and torturing the vulnerable. DO NOT BRING OR ALLOW A LOVED ONE LEFT AT THIS HOSPITAL EVER! Next Prev MENTAL HEALTH DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS by Citizens Commission on Human Rights All human rights organizations set forth codes by which they align their purposes and activities. The Mental Health Declaration of Human Rights articulates the guiding principles of CCHR and the standards against which human rights violations by psychiatry are relentlessly investigated and exposed. A. The right to full informed consent, including: 1. The scientific/medical test confirming any alleged diagnoses of psychiatric disorder and the right to refute any psychiatric diagnoses of mental “illness” that cannot be medically confirmed. 2. Full disclosure of all documented risks of any proposed drug or “treatment.” 3. The right to be informed of all available medical treatments which do not include the administration of a psychiatric drug or treatment. 4. The right to refuse any treatment the patient considers harmful. B. No person shall be given psychiatric or psychological treatment against his or her will. C. No person, man, woman or child, may be denied his or her personal liberty by reason of mental illness, so-called, without a fair jury trial by laymen and with proper legal representation. D. No person shall be admitted to or held in a psychiatric institution, hospital or facility because of their political, religious or cultural beliefs and practices. E. Any patient has: 1. The right to be treated with dignity as a human being. 2. The right to hospital amenities without distinction as to race, color, sex, language, religion, political opinion, social origin or status by right of birth or property. 3. The right to have a thorough, physical and clinical examination by a competent registered general practitioner of one’s choice, to ensure that one’s mental condition is not caused by any undetected and untreated physical illness, injury or defect and the right to seek a second medical opinion of one’s choice.

I don't leave reviews but this deserved one. I came in with chest pains and they left me in a hall and forgot about me, they never tried to do anything to stop the pain, and then after 8 HOURS i told them they need to give me more answers so them I'm told they should've did a x ray when i first came in and the line for x rays is long so i can stay for that or find a primary doctor and book something for this week. Mind you I'm crying and in pain yet this is how they treat someone with chest pain. They forgot to tell me about my labs and i had to keep reminding them. And finally after 8 hours they told me well your very young so we don't believe it's something with your heart. WORST experience EVER. Go to sunrise I've always give there but my chest hurt so bad and this place was the closest but i wouldn't recommend ANY one to come here. The staff was rude and it was just a horrible experience.
