My lease ended and I quickly needed to get a new car. Joseph and Century Kia went above and beyond to help me find a car that was comfortable and reliable. Joseph even drove my new car to Miami because I was not able to make it to Tampa. I’m extremely happy with the customer service and the dedication Joseph and his team provided in helping me find the perfect car. I went to Kia over the weekend just to test drive a car I have been interested in. Next thing I know, just a few hours later (unlike any other car dealership I’ve been to which takes HOURS to get out the door), I’m driving away with a brand new car. Joe Lopez worked with me to meet my needs within my means and treated me like a friend rather than a sale. Happy to have had a wonderful experience and have already started recommending others to stop by. You should, too!

I've been coming here for service on my Kia since I moved to Tampa in 2012. The staff has always been super friendly and great to work with. Their prices on service are reasonable and they have the tools to make sure your Kia stays running great. 

I had an issue with my transmission on my car that any other shop would have dismissed as something that would require a brand new transmission. Century Kia had the tools and the time to determine it wasn't the transmission after all, and even found the piece that needed to be replaced could be done under warranty - even after the powertrain warranty had expired on my car! They put me in a rental and made sure I would be taken care of throughout the process, and even took care of a completely unrelated recall issue while they had it in.

Their attitude and attention to detail in their service department will have me coming back for as long as I stay in a Kia. I'd highly recommend them.

I was in the market for a new car and came to Century Kia. I was a bit skeptical because my credit isn't so great. When I arrived I was greeted by Joseph Lopez. He was very polite, professional and did all in his power to make my experience a memorable one. He helped me get into a brand new car and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Joe for everything!! I am very satisfied with the service I received. If you in the Market for a new car go see Joseph Lopez   you won't regret it ☺️☺️☺️

I lost my 2017 Kia due to a collision, my previous salesman was Marc Anthony Romero from Century Kia, In need of another vehicle I went back to Marc, this guy is top notch, very friendly, helpful and courteous, excellent customer service and amazing person and very knowledgeable. Thanks Marc for making my 2nd experience great, you went above and beyond to help me out, I'm very happy and pleased with my brand new vehicle. I recommend him and the Kia staff in a heart beat. Marc you're the best!! Thank you
