I was in search of leasing a vehicle as my current vehicle was totaled in an accident. I dreaded the thought of having to go car shopping. From the minute I stepped foot into Lexus of Tampa Bay, Sidney Crawford my salesman, made me feel very comfortable! I feel very blessed to have him assist me in finding my new vehicle. He was very empathetic regarding my situation and listened to all my requirements for a new vehicle. He was not the topical pushy, cheesy salesman but laid back with a great sense of humor. He is very knowledgeable about the Lexus product and efficiently answered all my questions. I have never had such a positive and smooth experience purchasing a vehicle. For this reason I would highly recommend visiting Sidney Crawford at Lexus of Tampa Bay!

Nick at Lexus of Tampa Bay was great! He was professional, efficient and never pushy. The numbers were finalized before I even stepped foot in the dealership saving time and aggravation. I live on the East Coast of Florida and drove to Tampa because of Nick's professionalism. I would recommend Lexus of Tampa Bay and Nick to anyone looking for a Lexus. You will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience with John my sales rep. I started looking in September of 2017 and explained to him that this will be an 3 month process. He helped me look at all the available cars and allowed me to make a decision with no pressure. In October I came back to test drive the ES350 and loved it and again there was no pressure from John. I assured him what I wanted and that I will be back in November to purchase. I received a call on my birthday from John , which was very shocking and very nice. I then was told he found my dream car. I went in to Lexus and he was right. He delivered 100%. Everything I wanted and more. I was in and out in 2 hours with my new car. I highly recommended anyone looking for a great smooth experience in car buying to defiantly check out this place and ask for John. BEST birthday present ever!!!!

Very disappointed.  These guys do not give out loaners!  Or they are very stingy with them.  And the car is under factory warranty.  I had a issue with my A/C not blowing correctly.  Clearly not something that can be fixed in a couple hours.  So I requested a loaner when I was going to drop it off.  They said they don't do it that way.  You have to wait there for several hours until they look at it and THEN they determine if you get one.  REALLY!!!  What kind of policy is that!!  Like I don't have anything better to do than to sit around and wait for you guys!  I have a job and life!  

So I turned around and called Wilde Lexus in Sarasota.  I had to wait a couple days until one was available, but they had no problem reserving a loaner for me.  In fact, I still have the loaner and I dropped it off a week ago.  Ends up one of the parts is on back-order.  

It's pretty bad when I would prefer to drive an hour each way out of my way in order to get the service I paid for when getting a Lexus.  Now I'm glad that I didn't buy the car at Lexus of Tampa.  I figured I'd get it serviced there because it is closer to me.  But they don't seem to realize that a purchase is a one-time sale.  It's service and support that keeps people coming back and choosing YOU!  I get the impression they feel as if they have enough business already because they are the only dealer in Tampa and don't have to try very hard to earn your business.  

Like I said, glad I didn't BUY from them!!

Excellent sales team! Honest, informative and fair. No haggling , straight forward fair pricing. Ryan Kell was excellent. He helped me find the perfect car for me with a great price. Very accommodating, he worked with my busy schedule and spent a lot of time making sure I got the right car.
Will go back to Lexus of Tampa bay for future car purchases.
